my complaint are as below:
1) I cancelled MCI (missing call information) on 09.03.2010 at 2.20 pm and get cancelled sms on 09.03.2010 at 2.22 pm. but till the company charging for the same. so Vodafone is worst mobile servicing company. it charges to customer even no services are provided to the customer.
2) It provides caller tune services even though customer not obtained the service, after some time it begins to charge for the same. now it providing caller tune which is very ugly to listen (company’s caller tune).
3) the comapny sending advertisement calls & SMS to me till the date of subscription even though several request from me to stop them.
so it is very worst and customer irritating mobile service co.
Recharge my mobile by cancellig MCI charges, stop caller tunes and stop sending Advrtisement calls and SMS immediately

I had discussion with below mention guys
1) Mr. (name forgotted) ——– 1 year validity
2) Mr. Mahaboof ———- 1 year validity & Compliant No: 1243842128
3) Mis. Vijya Lakshmi——— 1year validity
4) Mr. Nanded ( Ass. Manager)———- 1year validity
they told me this problem will resolved on before 09-Apr-10, 6p.m for the above compliant
Still taday i didn’t get any intimation from your side so once again, I conformed with you guys. now they are saying to me like

l am not satisfied there feedback because very guys asking to wait few second but after 10 to 15 minties also there are not coming back to line.

3) what is the purpose of customer care?

My self Nathu Ramda. I’m your regular client of your postpaid paid service No.99790 30006 (Plan of DB group Ltd.). Sir, my account is being always cleared & you can it through your accounts. Last month I’ve purchased a new sim card No. 99796 30006 under DB 25 Adopt Plan. Card was activaated on 28th of Feb 2010. My bill for this Number was Rs 528/- (for Five days betweeen 28 Feb to 5th of March 2010). I compalint for this in your custmare care branch (VodafoneHouse Townhall Jamnagar) & they forwarded it their suprriors.I really cant understand that why I’ve been charged so much for just 5 days.I got everydays ten-tweleve calls to for the payment of this bill & I had get frustrated of this.
So sir if I do not get any reply for this message than I’ve to do legal action against this.

I’ve enrolled for GO GREEN for 2 of my vodafone mobile nos. I’ve also sms my email id’s for both those nos. But at the end of the next billing cycle, I did not receive any email bills for either of my nos. & to top it I received a hard copy bill for both the nos.
Being environment conscious I had appreciated the initiative taken by Vodafone & felt great to be a part of it. But was sad to see that no proper follow – up system is in place for the same.
I hope someone takes notice regarding the same, and needful is done.

Last six months I am complaining that whenever I am on roaming, I do not get Vodafone as service provider. Registration with other service providers is forbidden.
I am just not able to use this phone while I am on roaming. Just yesterday, I was at Nasik, my phone’s signal bar showed no connectivity. In the same house all other persons were happily using Vodafone network. I even tried using another phone. I complained to all possible numbers, 111,198, 9820098200. Each help service directed me to another number. My connection is postpaid and I am using it for more than 5 years.
Please give some solution.
