last week an emergency light caught fire & fell on the semi automatic washing machine(Videocon), luckily only the drier part was damaged, i mean only the door of drier got burnt along with the drier timer.

I purchased a washing machine four years back in Kumbakonam from AVM Trading corporation. i PURCHASED A VIDEOCON WASHING M/C ON 25.10.2009. SINCE BEGINNING IT IS GIVING ROBLEMS AND THE IRONY IS THAT THE COMPANY SELDOM BOTHERS TO LOOK INTO THE COMPLAINTS, EASILY. A RECNT COMPLAINT LODGED ON 29.08.11 IS NOT RESOLVED / ATTENDED SATISFACTORILY, TILL DATE. IS ANYONE LISTENING?

I have purchase vediocon washing machine fully automatic top load in delhi. One month back i posted complaint to custmer care. They sent one boy. He came to my home and checked the washing machine. He told me In side blue color plate need to change. I said ok. He asked me Rs.220/- service charge and Rs. 650 spare part cost. I paid him Rs.220/- service charge. He dont gave any bill to me. He take away old spare part. After that oneday he came with new part. But its not suitable. Again He told me i will come with another suitable spare part. I said ok. from last one month i am waiting ….. wats the status of my complaint. I request you to please take the action immediately. Other wise i will go to consumer court. And we will publish article on vediocon in my news paper.
