i am working as I.T. Incharge ,Agartala Division, Tripura, at COSMIC GROUP OF COMPANIES and I have look all software and hardware equipments of Company…I have minimum of 100 TVSE printers of MSP series and are facing lot of problems..I have visited local service center many times but they are not providing me sufficient support with printers as because they are basically involved in professional business.
If possible please suggest me how I can get hardware support basically TVSE Printers thoroughly from your Company directly..If you have trained printer engineer for spot support please send the system and process to get quick support.

The reply for chandan majumder , as you say u r facing lot of problems for tvse printer, if ur printer is in OOW so you fisrt make AMC for same. Now TVSE providing AMC Pack. after registering ur product local authorized service center will 100% will support.

i am system manager from depatment of post charkhi dadri .we received the supply of hp & tvse msp 430 printers were also supplies with them .but after some time this printer is out of order now it’s head gone faulty, kindly replace it as soon as possible

I am having dot matrix printer of TVS company model no MSP 250 Star there is a problem inmy printer; as the printing preference such words are not clearly visible; because some dots are missing, I feel some adjustment in the body of printer is disturbed. We are using TVS MSP 255 MARATHON from 2004 onwards, this is the first time we are forced to replace the Printer Head, but we tried in local (Port Blair – Andaman) to get the same, but we failed. Can you arrange to get the same from your local service partner.
Pls. do the needful.
