Farhan Ali(9831869545), have a Apache 160 past 1 year, and I am finding much difficulties to maintain it, due to poor service and unfulfilled promisses of TVS Distributors.

I have purchase a new Apache RTR-160. But after four month i am getting a vibration in engine. I have infrom your showroom service team in Ballabgarh. They told me i think it has some problem in hadder of engine and charge of rectification is 1600 Rs. . But after servicing same vibration problem again come now they says it has some problem in chainset .I am very much disappointed how a new bike engine vibrate.Kindly take some serious action otherwise i have to go consumer court.

go to the other brands if u intrested to buy the bike even
i suggest consumer court, as tvs s cheating us, so that in future oder ppl, students are saved from such thngs.

My name is Prashant Kadam. I Have bought Apache RTR 160 on Sept 2009.
I have done 3 services on Century TVS(Bibwewadi Branch) but i said many complaints regarding my bike but
they did not take care of my problem.Especially in 3rd service they did not change my oil also and did not check the oil level also and they delivered the bike to me.Now iam getting Engine Abnormal sound from the 3rd service. Now my bike around 20000 kms only now iam getting abnormal sound from the engine. i want explanation against my bike…I wish to take actions against the Century Tvs (Bibwewadi Branch)suprvisiors. So kindly solve my problem within 15 days..

sir,
i bought a new APACHE RTR160 and right from the next day I am experiencing problems as follows:
1. There is noise coming from the disk brake at equal intervals of movement of front tyre.
2. its pickup is very low. after 1 hour standstill, it has to be forced start with the help of choke.
I was having Apache 150 before and with a good wxperience, i tended to buy a new one but unfortunately this bike is giving so much of problem.
As thid id the manufacturing defect ,i want to ask you that is there any procedure i can imitate to get my bike replaced..
please make my problem fixed as soon as possible!
