    .Jiska aaj Date 19/09/2014 tak koi bhi information nahi mili hai.Customer Sare Complent No.0400028302 book karke bole ki aapke pass call aayegi 5 baar customer care par call kar chuka hoon. par abhi tak koi revert nahi mila hai.kya spice ki yehi service hai. agar yes to compay choor hai.

    Your service is hopeless and Incredulous. I visited your service centers at Hyderabad many times during the last three months besides my telephonic conversations and asked for the battery for my spice mobile model Mi-495 since my battery got bulged (as per your observations). Unfortunately I could not get the battery till today besides my several no.of visits and telephonic discussions with your representative, Mr.Nagaraju (his mobile No. is 9849186595 and (040) 40038131) and Mr.Thirupathi (his mobile No. is 8143512529 and (040-64577257). But, I unable to contact them over phone for the last three weeks at your service centers, since no one is answering the phone. When I visit your center at hyderabad, your service center persons says that they do not have the batteries and they are not getting the stocks, even they indented for the stocks. Is it the way you are extending your services to the customers? Is it the way you provide the services to your esteemed customers by selling useless mobiles without keeping the stocks at your service centers? For your information, my battery got bulged twice from the date of purchase i.e.24.1.2013. I have purchased the battery in the month of January 2014 at your service center, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. The same battery got bulged within 6 months and I approached your service center in the month of June 2014 and I was told the battery warranty expired. When I purchased the battery, I got the warranty for 6 months and when I approached your service center, they said that the battery have only one month’s warranty. This is how you are trying to cheat the customers with your hopeless service and traitorous reasons. At least, after going through my complaint, I think you will try to serve the customers in a “better way”, if you are really serious about providing the customer services towards customer satisfaction failing which I am forced to initiate a legal action against SPICE Mobile Manufacturers and service centers/sellers, as well. Please register this as a serious complaint and also as a notice.

    Sir maine spice mi 437 date 11/12/13 ko liya eske three month ke bad charging hone me problem hua kyo ki charging lagne par battery percentege badne ke siya kam ho rhi h battery or chargar bhi change kar diye bhir bhi abhee tak dik nhi huya h abhee Prasant mai company h sir agar mera set 17/09/2014 tak nhi aaya to me consumer cort kesh kar dunga .     Very very bad impression, it seems like a chinees product.

    I m suffering afterbuying model no. 509.

    problem- Touch.

    Their engineers, even dont know how to diagnose problem.

    they dont know how to repair it.

    They simply say motherboard problem to 99% customers.

    Really very bad service.

    I personally suggest not to but any spice product. Please do not Purchase otherwise you will also suffer like me.

    I the undersighne beg to state with a great sorrow few lines.

    I had a long disire to use a Spice mobile phone. I am unemployed and belongs to a middle class family.

    After arrainging money i have purchase a spice mobile phone(MI515) from HOTS SPOT spice showroom at Dalhousi Kolkata Value was Rs 9450/-.

    After using 1 month the speaker problem. Immdiately i contact with my cash memo at Billenium sales&service pvt ltd.(6, chowringhee lane kolkata, 700016. my Service request no was- 25100036DC0336. Date- 12/12/2013. Since last more than one month the service centre is harashing me and they saying untill we recive the parts from our office i am unable to given delevery.

    Now if you give me settlement within 48hours and i will bond to contact with CONSUMAR FORUM kolkata office with my all documents. Thanking you.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a customer of Spice and using a spice mobile i.e. 495 SN MI 495 HS0004782, S-IME-911255850077817, 911255850097815 which has been purchased by me on 17.01.2013 by Naresh Electronics (India), 157, MCD, Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 Bill No. 65131 Book No. 652 Phone No.s 25801074 and 25801075which is under warrenty. I visited many service center’s of spice namely B-6/88, Rohini Sector-7, J-2/79, Sanjay Colony, JJ Colony-Wazirpur, Shop No. 15, A-2/40, Near Vishal Megamart, Rajouri Garden, Delhi but all they refuesed that they cannot repair it without paying of money or go to another spice service centre. I am harashing a lot by service centre of spice because no one is ready to help me to repair my mobile. I cannot understand where I have to go.
    Therefore, I am writing to you please suggest where I have to go to repair it. Should I go to Consumer Court for justice. Please take early action on my matter and please consider my this letter as a notice. I am waiting for your reply.

    sir my mobile handshat mi 355 which is under warranty at present had a problem with batterybackup,auto off and slow processing so i l approached spice service center at daryaganj delhi on 7february2013.same day it was returned and was claimed that it was ok but problem was not solved again it was submitted at same service center on dated 26 february2013 via service request number30100726D20178. SERVICE C ENTER told that phone handshat has many tecnical problems so was not repairable hence has to be replaced with another set of same model .STILL TODAY HAND SHATT is not replaced or repaird despites of many efforts kindly get me the current status of my problem and solve it as soon as possible

They don’t know your contact number and email id. ha. ha.. ha. ha…. Please sent your email id and contact number to them.

    I bout spice mi 355 (911132750875519) from sholic.com on 12 sep 2012, after 1 week i noticed 1 dot on the screen which was going on increasing its size, i depositted my handset to CHIPNET TECHNOLOGIES MANGALORE(spice authorised)
    ,. After 32 days they returnd the cell in good condition. But on jan 2013 my battery was gettig emty with in 15mnts. Again i deposited the cell . After 1 week they told me that my cell is having problom with the board and so that SPICE had replaced me with an old handset. When i came back to my home and checked that cell i came to know that it was having problom with the network for both the sim’s. On 22feb2013 i returned the cell to that service centre and they told that spice will provide a new replacement for me with in 1 week and according to them i submitted my box, handset, charger, headset, cd, etc….
    Today (05 march 2013) when i went to that service centre they told that i need to wait atleast 1 month for the replacement bcoz spice is not having Spice MI355 in stock. I dont knw wat to do

    i am having a Spice M-6 Sports.and my battery is not working . u guy’s had a option of service center but they totaly refused for the new battery wich i wanted to buy but they told we dont have battery of this handset as it’s production is closed now and i did not get the battery of this cell any where so what should i do now ,,,

    i am using spice Spice M-6700 Cappuccino for about a year and it was doing well but now it’s SMS FUNCTION is not working.When i select WRITE MESSAGE Option,It shows NOT AVILABLE.for this I have formated my mobile for 2 time but no work.It’s still the same.

    I have shame on me i have purchased Spice mobile because its battery not worked two years also it swelling before 5 months. This mobile battery not receive any market & your service center also failed to provide it. I purchased this mobile march 2011. China mobile, VOX mobile, ZEN mobile etc provide better service from spice mobile service. They not cheated customer if its battery damage. it can easily received from market. I trusted on Spice company because my friend talk me its plus point so Ist time i purchase spice mobile but it fail to maintain goodwill or to satisfy me.
    I have shame on me that i go with my friend & purchase spice mobile except Nokia.
    Without battery this mobile not working & other battery not fit in this set. So i request to u that take needful action & give me suggestion what i will do.

    I purchased a Spice MI410 on 26.09.2011 which has been defective since and has been sent to your service center for 6 times within the warranty period. The mobile is still with your service center for the last two months. The PCB was replaced and a new problem developed. I don’t want to own a mobile which is so seriously defective and demand a replacement (MI 410 or MI 425).
    There is nobody in your organization who has even a little decency to provide a response to my mails / calls.
    Your toll free number 1800 300 77423 is not working.
    Your contact numbers (120) 4363600, 4363800 are not working.
    After selling the mobile, your whole company has gone dead.
    Is this the way to treat a customer ?
    I want somebody responsible to look into this matter IMMEDIATELY.

    On 06/02/2012 I’ve bought Spice mobile M-9000. Since 06/02/2012 my goes to Service in four times within three months for the fifteen days.

     The first time the phone’s data Cable cannot work, projector Key cannot work properly, Battery Backup less.
     2. Battery Backup down, The FM was Hang, Hang Analog TV, again this time to the problem of data Cable Taneja Electronics purchased the new data data Cable that also does not work.
     3. Third time phone, FM Hang, Hang Analog TV, new data Cable not work properly .
     4. Fourth Time Company changes my cell Phone and Send me a Spice- 5250 for Replacement Of Spice M-9000

    Spice-5250 Mobile Cost is 1515/-and Spice M-9000 Mobile Cost is 3600/-.
    Please Replace My Cell Phone equable to Spice M-900 Not Spice M-9000 and Other Wise Refund My Purchased cost.

    recently I purchased a spice mobile phone model M6868N , from Kolkata,West Bengal on 23/5/2012 with imei no 911214350073818.kindly note.

    Just barely after a 1 &1/2months the mobile phone stopped functioning. (touch screen & evrything).The phone didn’t switch up .It fell dead.I gave the phone to the spice service centre in Kolkata,where they promised me a new set for the fualty one.

    They took a full 21 days to replace it. and I called them up after the due time only to hear that I could collect my phone back.
    I went there n found the same old phone.Thet didn’t raplace the phone .I phone functional but after I took it home in the night,the very next morning I found the mobile again turning dead.The staff at the service centre are asking me again to submit the mobile phone to them & take it after a month.

    I just want to know why am I being harassed so much by spice guys.I f the mobile wasn’t rapaired ,why did they handed it over to me.I m working and have a job to do.Why should I go about running after the mobile time and again.Do u hav any idea how difficult it is to manage a month without phone.

    Every time I visit the service centre,I see a crowd of people inside it,with many of them with the same problem that I m facing. The company does not attends to the problem for either of them and the people are the only one who ae being harassed time and again.

    I want a COMPLETE REPLACEMENT of my mobile phone Spice Flo Me M6868N.because if the mobile gets faulty jst after 40 days of purchase,I can’t imagine what the manufacturer warranty about the product is all about and what sort of mobile company Spice is!!I m sorry to say this but its true.The growing number of grievances of your customers is proof to that.Also the Spice helpline number is not working.Kindly provide a VALID HELPLINE NUMBER.

    if our problem is not taken care of, then why are we given the warranty from the company ? What is the use of paying taxes that are associated with the invoice of the handset?
