I regret to inform you that none of your Revlon Hair Color withstands the quality when compared to Revlon ColorStay Hair Color which you stopped manufacturing and introduced other Revlon brands.
It is really sad that I was using this for past 4-5 years and was very satisfied. It was a product that can compete with Loreal too. I have tried all but the color fades off very fast.
Lot of brands are there in market but I can tell you, ColorStay brand was a unique one and no other brands can match it’s quality and effectiveness.
Either you bring the same quality in Indian fresh brands of Revlon Hair color or recommend me some other brands if Revlon is not willing to listen to customers request.
I can go ahead and get it from International markets too if I am not getting any support from you. What do you say about it.
First compare your quality with the original Revlon ColorStay Haircolor then introduce a product in the market.
This is in the interest of indian customers or we will have to start campaigning for getting Revlon Colorstay from international markets. If there is a scope of business in india for international markets, they would surely come in to our rescue.
So, I would request you to give a thought to it and let me know whether you are reintroducing it in the market safegaurding existing customers or not.
You have to decide, you are such a big organisation and I am sure would not compromise with what customer wants.

I had purchased a Revlon Color Silk hair color and regretted a lot as it did not even stick to my hair…..I even kept half of the pack and tried for the second time after waiting for a couple of week’s time. Still it was the same. I tried the color test on a patch of my hair initially and should have stopped using it when it did not have the least effect on it – but I trusted Revlon more than any other products that led me to this state.
The most pathetic thing was that it was too too light on the grey hairs which i had to literally switch on 2 lights or wait for noon sunglight and then have a look. That too stayed only till the next hair wash and after that – Lo & Behold !! the color was gone !!!!
This is the worst product I’ve ever seen. I had a function this month for which I wanted to color my hair – now thats all gone and I need to wait for some 6 months before trying out any other hair color. I still don’t know what would be the after effects of that useless product. I would like Revlon to do somthing in this regard and compensate for me as now my hair is at stake.
I enjoy using the Revlon products and hope that someday we can improve them together.

I have bought 3 revlon lipsticks from Mall in Mumbai. Unfortunately, every time i appy them, my lips have tingling, burning sensation. Can someone please help me regarding same. My lips have turned wrinkled too. I never had any problems with my lips using other cosmetics range. Whom should i contact regarding same???? Are my revlon cosmetics duplicate???
