sir i ve puchased a reliance GSM sim card on 18th Dec 09with no 9024848265.
i ve submitted all the required documents bt my services has been barred on 23 dec 09 eve by sending a message that documents not recieved.till now i ve submitted my documents three times to my dealer as there is no reliance web world in jaisalmer (raj.) bt my services are still barred and no reply from reliance customer care. i had also recharged my sim with india calling card of rs 650/- which is goin in vain with out use.There is no service fcility to ensure d gud service .if u can help me with this inconvenience.

I am customer of reliance GSM jammu circle,
i had brought the postpaid number on 21 dec 2009 , but my number is still not activated, no one is hearing my problem only given the date to next date not only me about 100 of customers are suffering from that, in case of quit from connection neither documents that are given are returned back nor refunding money please check them as its show spot on yours company pride and demolished customer satisfaction level
please check on gandhi nagar jammu branch or come on survey to see how customer will frusted from yours management end

I am using Reliance GSM connection of Karnataka circle from last 3 months. My number is 8088626128.
Today morning when I was trying to make a call I was surprised to see the message that all the calls are barred from my mobile and advising me to call to your customer care. But even calls to customer care is also barred. I haven’t got any information regarding this. All the documents regarding the registration were submitted and I have enough validity and balance to make a call. the bitter fact is that I am not able to get incoming calls also. This situation is least expected from a reputed service provider like reliance. I request you to rectify this trouble as soon as possible

I am at cuttack and I have gsm postpaid reliance no is 9692933334.I have paid Rs 1000 (M/R no.49197)as against my bill which is 888/- and also additional Rs 150 (M/R 49851) for std facility inaddition to 250/- already.Till now I am not having std facilily.As I am sales person std facility is paramount.
