I am using Reliance GSM connection of Karnataka circle from last 3 months. My number is 8088626128.
Today morning when I was trying to make a call I was surprised to see the message that all the calls are barred from my mobile and advising me to call to your customer care. But even calls to customer care is also barred. I haven’t got any information regarding this. All the documents regarding the registration were submitted and I have enough validity and balance to make a call. the bitter fact is that I am not able to get incoming calls also. This situation is least expected from a reputed service provider like reliance. I request you to rectify this trouble as soon as possible

Hi, I have got a reliance GSM No 8010121787 which is a Delhi No and I am using it in Hyderabad. From yesterday only I am not able to call anybody and any other person is not able to call me I work in a company where client interaction is must and because of this I am not able to work properly, When I called up customer care they said from last 1 hr our application server is down and you need to call after 1 hour. From 12th APRIL,2010 i am working with this hospital. and there is no reliance GSM coverage in my office. i already complaint two times but there is no responce frm ur side my compaint no was 124073474. today i talked for 45 mins with ur customer care department for the same but wht a foolish answer they r giving that u have diverted ur calls but how can is that possible without my concern even i am receiving calls at home.

I am using the reliance call, all over india plan for 20p/min.some time extra amount is getting deduted from my balance.When i reached customer care, they are not addressing my issue.The same problem i explained to more than 10 customer care representative.No one is addressing my issues. its a very bad experience i had with reliance customer care.
To activate the 20p/min plan we can activate through SMS they said. But when i send the code which was given by Cust care representative, the plan didnt get activated. again i reached cust care to inform the same. but then another representative asking me to send different code to activate the plan.
Please give the proper training to all the customer care representative. So that customer will get proper inputs and being a customer we will not fedup.

My prepaid GSM Reliance no is 9019351454.I bought the sim in Bangalore-Karnataka.I have not subscribed for any caller tunes in reliance.But I got this message uff teri adaa i like you remix has been downloaded/renewed at a charge of Rs.10.00.Tune renewal on 2010-07-08 from 52345 at 22:35:19 on 8th june 2010.After that i got Dear customer ,u are subscribed to callertunes at Rs.30/30 days.To cancel SMS unsub 1003 to 155223(Tollfree) from 52345 at 22:37:57 on 8th june.I sent message to 155223 and got it unsubscribed at 22:39:06 on 8th june.But Rs.40 has been deducted from my account.My balance was 241.04 and now it is 200.04.Even then the caller tune is also not working.From yesterday night am calling customer service.But none of the customer service executive picked up and answered the call.I tried more than 100 times.I dont know how you are activating caller tunes without customer’s subscription.It seems you will do what ever you wish.Really your customer service is very worst.No other networks will be like this making their customers to wait for more than 15hrs to talk to the executive.Yor are giving unnecessary tension to your customers by sending such messages for caller tunes and deducting money for who have not even subscribed for that.Now i want you to deactivate the caller tune and credit the amount to my prepaid account.I need immediate clarification regarding this issue.Kindly do it as soon as possible.

I agree with Anusha that Reliance is notorious for deducting money under one or the other pretext of Callertune or health tips or such lousy service without subscriber consent. I was suffering on their CDMA service earlier, now it is happening with GSM service too XXXX XX 5424. The customer care had the audacity to say that we have requested for this service. The executive asked me to send UNSUBCT to 51234 by SMS which was wrong SMS to be sent.
I had another problem – Telemarketing calls to be barred. Customer care guy asked me to send START DND to 909 BY SMS which is again wrong.
I am planning to approach the Nodal officer and media for escalations.
This is how Reliance wants to offer service by deploying poorly trained folks on job and service through cheating gullible customers. God only can save poor illiterates or neo literates who use their services.

About 3 weeks ago on 21.07.2010 Rs.40 had been deducted from my prepaid acount without my permission and automatically selecting a caller tune.When I made a call to customer care on that day and asked for a complain and also asked for a call log for the proof that I had not selected the Caller Tune they told me that Senior persons will contact you regarding this but no one contacted for 3 week.I made a call to last Friday to customer care but they somehow disconnected the line 2 times after telling me that they will transfer the call to the senior persons.3rd time I complained to a customer care representative the same thing but nothing happened.It is really disappointing that I am using the connection for 1.5 yr and 1st time I am facing such a issue with no response.It is not expected from Reliance

i dont know why my balance is detacting after every two days without any reason.

I have been a subscriber of Reliance GSM Prepaid service. My Reliance mobile 8010056282 was lost in a bus on 19 August 2010 (around 6:30 pm). For fear of misuse of the said no. I requested Reliance Prepaid Customer Care at 8:15 pm, the same day, to Block the no.and they assured me that the task will be completed within 3 hours but did not provide me any request number for my record.
Pl. ensure that the functioning of the no is blocked as Reliance Communication must take the responsibility to prevent any misuse of this number. Pl. provide me the feedback on my mail Id. My another contact no is 9891235093.
