Pizza corner Selling Expired soft drinks!!!
Hope this would reach the right person.
On 25th dec, Christmas eve we ordered Pizzas and soft drinks from Pizza corner. They delivered it on time, but when we opened the 600ml coke bottles there was no fizz in it and was tasteless.
We then checked the dates of the product. It was manufactured on 09/09/2011 and would get expired in 2 and a half months. Which means the product already got expired by 26th Nov’11 and they delivered us the same product on 25th Dec’11.
Hence we called them back and said “see there is such issue”, he said there is no problem in consuming without fizz. We got irritated and then he said, the store manager would call us in 10 minutes. We waited for half an hour and no one called. Hence we called them back, you know what did they say ” mam, the product was purchased from an external outlet due to non-availability in our outlet”, we got angry ” waht non-sense yar, it has been clearly mentioned in the bottles for selected outlets only and MRP is rs.30/-, now in any external or retail outlet the MRP is rs.25/-, are you cheating the customer”.
Then they came up saying that we would replace the bottles and brought another 2 bottles after half and hour dates 09/11/2011. We asked the delivery person where did you get this bottles from, he said” from our outlet only” we said “if this was available then why did you people say earlier due to non-availability we got it from out side”.
How ever thank you for Pizza corner for messing our Christmas eve!!!!….
