I had purchased NIkon Digital Camera Model No. S 570 serial No. 70022628 on 08/05/2010 from Foto Centre D.C Complex Lakhtokia GUwahati -781001 at the cost of Rs. 9000/-. But, suddenly it went wrong. It cannot be switched on and if it is clicked at all, its get hanged.. Because of the above problem, I had gone to the Authorised Nikon Service Centre at Tech Shop, 84, Rajgarh Main Road Guwahati-781003 on 19/7/10. But, till date it cannot be rectified and not able to replace the spare parts. My Service order for Nikon Digital Camera S 570 is 800474. ASC Code 520.
Since it is in warranty period, I want it to be replaced by same model or with the updated model of closure specification.
I do sincerely hope that, you would take necessary steps.

i m Gauranga Ghosh, a customer of Nikon Product ( Coolpix S-570) wants to inform you that, i had Purchased a Nikon Coolpix S-570, from VISION INDIA, LABANYA pLAZA (Invoice No. VAT 3710), Silpukhuri, G.N.B. Road, Guwahati-781003, on 3rd February 2010. This is a good camera and i was also satisfied with it until on 24th of January when some smoke was coming out of the camera whiling taking snap from flash light. then i went to the Nikon authorised Service centre ( Tech Shop (520), 84, Rajgarh Main Road, Guwahati – 781003) within extended warranty period on 25th of January 2012. they had checked the camera and told me to keep the camera with them for some days for correcting the problem of smoke with the camera..then on 4th of February they call me over phone to collect the camera and to pay something around Rs. 1300/-. so i went to the Service Centre today to collect the camera and noticed that although the no more smoke is coming out of the camera, but the camera was damaged while in service. so i didn’t collect the camera ..so Please advice me what to do next?
