    Sir .

    my maruti swift Dzire TN72 AY7493 met with an collision with a cow on 28 feb 2011, one month has passed I didnot recieve the vehicle yet. it will take one more month for for replacementof parts and other works . It is known that maruti spares are easily available and fast in maintenance.
    please look into the matter so that the work can be completed timely and properly

    My self Manpreet Singh. I have your Maruti vehicle (ALTO – K10) Dec. 2010 model. I have facing milleage problum. My vehicle give me 11 Km/Ltr milleage. But your company claim 20 Km/Ltr. I had gone to your authorised service station (Fast Track) Sec.-63, Noida ateast three or four time for this compliant. Still the problum is not solve. Every time they charge money for service. Even than washing of my vehicle is also very very poor. But I have not satisfied form your authorised service station (Fast Track Maruti) Sec-63, Noida. Please let me know my problum is solve or not. I want to solve my problum asap.

    Sir;
    My new maruti alto TN 70 D 5265 drop for service at Sri Amman cars, Hosur. But even these three time Amman cars service very bad, 1st time they ask to commit for under chase rust prevent coating when they paint particles sprayed in side doors, but no one responsible & they replied carelessly 2nd, 3rd time there nobody response for receive or taking service, I waiting for long time for service handover hence this indicate Amman service not to interest for customer satisfaction, so next time I won’t prefer maruti cars.

    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased New Swift Dizire VDI from Rohan Motors, New Delhi, on 28th Aug 2011,
    REG No. DL 3 C BU 1990, vide chassis no. 393092, engine no.1657958.
    After completing 4922km in North India, I have reached Mumbai, where I had to take my vehical for its second service.

    I had taken my car to EXCELL AUTOVISTA Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, (Maruti Authorized Dealer) for service which was closer to my place of stay.
    I had also mentioned a complaint regarding my cars air conditioning system along with the service schedule.

    The complaint is….when the cars air-condition is switched ‘ON’ with the cooling knob at ’1′, the temperature knob to extreme left on the ‘blue zone’ and the blower on the ‘face mode’,
    the a/c cut-off does not happen.
    The tachometer is constant at 1000 rpm and the cooling does not come below 6 degrees at the vent.
    Due to this reason the compressor is always ON, exerting load on the engine continuously, which was also affecting my cars average.

    I would like to know the reason why the cut-off does not work,(apart from fans variable speed) and also why the service people could not advice me properly on this issue.

    I would request for an early reply with proper solution to the complaint mentioned above.

    I am using an Alto xcite model there is some issue with the right side (driver side) power window panel and its unoperational since 2nd Novemeber 2011 when I bring it to my dealer Bagga Link having there workshop at Paparganj Ind. Area, Delhi they informed me that the part (Power Window Motor) needs to be replace, on checking the warranty status they told me that it will cover under extended warranty programe which i am already having they also told me that the part is currently not available with them they are raising a demand with Maruti Udyog Ltd. to get the required item thats on 05th of Nov. 2011 and told me that the part will be available in next 2 days now even after 7-8 days no one has the clues as when they are getting the motor and on which day they call me to install the motor.

    Pls. look into this on priority. I had logged the req. with call center today req. id : 1017256864

    FROM MY CAR Indore we purchased this model. From starting we were facing certain problems with the car. We experienced 2 services from MY CAR. We doubt there has been some fraud with us, some parts are changed. We are complaining since 2 months. There has been no feedback to us from their side. There are some major problems with Gearing and Wheel.
    Further we request you to please see into the above-mentioned matter. Otherwise we will be forced to take some legal action against the involved company and people.

    I hav e booked a Maruti Swift 2011 ZDI (Blazing red) model on 26 August 2011 with the Dealer Narayani Motors Pvt. Ltd, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Anticipating the car to be delivered to me during November, I have asked for motor vehicle loan from my Office and got it during October. As per the rule, I had to spend the loan within two months which I could not . With request, I have got extention of another month up to January. Now if I can not purchase the car during January, I have to return the loan which means it would be difficult for me to purchase my desired car.
    In this context, may I request you to kindly expedite and do the needful for delivering the car to me within this month. Kindly respond.

    I own a 2007 model Maruti Suzuki WagonR Duo holding registration number KL-01 AR 6852. My car met with an accident on 23rd June 2011. It was repaired at Indus Motors Service Centre, Venpalavattom, Trivandrum and I got my vehicle back on 30th June 2011. The alignment of the front portion including the bumber, bonnet etc. was in a mess.I sought the help of Mr.Bijulal, who was the former Works Manager at Indus Venpalavattom. On his advice of I took the car to Indus Service Centre, Mettukkada, Trivandrum and got it rectified.
    After the accident there was a depreciation in mileage. Petrol for Rs.1000 could only give less than 100 kms. Some sounds seem to pop up from engine parts. I complained at the service centre. After much tests they found that the problem was with my AC compressor. The body of the compressor was crushed into the armature inside. It wouldn’t be repaired. So I had to replace the compressor which cost me Rs.15000. I bought the compressor directly from the Subros company and was fitted at Indus Venpalavattom.
    The compressor had a physical damage, which happened at the time of accident. The person at Indus service centre who repaired my car didn’t find the problem. At the time of accident, my car was under warranty. And also if the problem was identified promptly, I would have been able to claim that from insurance. But the laxity at the service centre has cost me Rs.15,000. This shattered my belief on your institution. I hope you’ll take necessary steps for recouping my loss from the service centre.

    I have purchased one Alto LXI from Karnal Motors ,NH-1,
    Karnal by the Name of Karanjeet Singh.Sir my concern is that your
    staff did not attened us well also, they miss behaved with us.Dealing
    was not good and they offered us few accessary at the time of booking
    and they refused at the time of delivery .

    G.M. Mrs. Sarika said us on the delivery time of the car that go to
    hell.She said if you dont want to buy the vehcle this is not my
    headache if this kind of attitude shown by a higher level person who
    represent the company its very bad , this kind of rude behaviour was
    not accepted and i am sorry to say maruti will lost there trust from
    customer, almost three month passed away not a single call received
    from maruti or from karnal motors .Company should look into this
    matter and kindly revert me back .

    That lady think a alto customer is not a customer , but alto customer
    take …….swift ……sx4……..kizashi……………..? later on

    by the Name of Radhey Kant Mishra.Sir my concern is that your staff did not attened us well also, they miss behaved with us & Using Prompt World.without any offer at the time of dealing they attached accessories in the car of Rs 29000 & at the time of delivary they said that without giving 29000 Rs .You can’t take the car.when i apposed them they started Using Prompt Words.
    G.M.& Sales Executive (Rajesh Memon) said us on the delivery time of the car that go to hell.They said if you dont want to buy the vehcle this is not my
    headache if this kind of attitude shown by a higher level person who represent the company its very bad , this kind of rude & misbehaviour was not accepted and i am sorry to say maruti will lost there trust from customer,Company should look into this matter and kindly revert me back .

    Sir,
    I bought the car on Dec 14th 2011,no mileage as claimed it is very low at 14-15 kmpl as to 22.9 kmpl.Yesterday was the first time i went for a long drive and faced a problem.5th gear is not working.So had to goto service centre and he said something gear is locked.Who on earth would like your car,if it gives trouble on your very first drive.?
    All i need is a replacement of a new car.
    And even i had the same issue.They fitted the accesories worth Rs.55,000 ithout my confirmation and i was forced to buy it from them.INDUS MOTORS KATTUPAKKAM,CHENNAI

    I have booked for a Swift ZDI on october 2011, during booking time your dealer AM Motors [Pattambi] representative assured to me that the delivery time will be made on 15 March 2012, not beyond that. Therefore, I have contacted them on last month to confirm the delivery date. The representative told me that it should be delivered before on 15th March, 2012. I have been contacting them since one week to make sure the delivery date and time. Unfortunately, they are not answering and he always tries to avoid/ignore our call and most of the times says that “I will call back in 10 minutes”, and never calls back. Since we haven’t yet got any confirmation from your dealer. Consequently, my brother has visited to the AM Motors Pattambi Senior Manager Mr. Sreejith and he informed that we didn’t tell any actual delivery time on the booking day and he was speaking without any authentication. His behavior was very ignorant, harsh and pathetic. I feel harassed. Since we cannot select other brand or vehicle due to lack of time.

    Sir, I purchage Ritz Vxi in September 2011 after paying Rs. 4.49 lacs. I tried to exchange it with swift dezire vdi and your dealer value my Ritz is Rs. 2.25 lac. I wanna ask why.the value of your own vehicle is remain half only after 6 months when my vehicle is driven only 7000 km
