I made a complaint of microwave on 11/12/2010 for my LG microwave with complaint no. RNA 101206087089.Your service engineer turned up and told us that they have to change some part.But after that they havent turned up,neither they are picking up their phones.I bought this product only because of the brand name of LG.I am really dissapointed that your service employees are not doing job any worth for customers.I wont recommend to anybody to buy any of the LG products as per the reputation your customer servies are showingI am writing here no. of Service engineer who is not picking up the phone 9899024305(Priya service Centre,Delhi).If i wont be getting any service within 48 hrs,i would be moving to the consumer court.
