    Respected sir,
    I have purchased Refrigerator model no.GL285 BNG 5 on May14.
    My complaint no.RNA 140828083314 dt.28 Aug 14 still not solve.
    They told me that same will be replace soon.
    Still I am living without Refrigerator

    I have purchased 4 Split ACs of your company.

    From the very first week the problem started.

    I have registered complains more than 10 times.

    I have called Area services manager, sales manager, service centres, service man, etc minimum 40 times (total calls).

    But still the problem remains same.

    Your customer executives are promising no need to worry by daily bases.

    Mentally i am tired now.

    Kindly give us permission to repair only one AC by our own.

    I am really impressed with your best services….

    Otherwise, unwillingly i have to take help of Consumer Forum….

    i gave a complaint # RNA130414019739 on 14-04-20013 for repair my front loading washing machine, without my prior notice the technician (cell# 8297562383) has cancelled my complaint without any reason. then i again raised a complaint RNA130417034317 on 17-04-2013, service centre manager cell# 8297562305) promised me he will send technician on 18-04-2013 between 10am and 12pm. from then onwards he is not picking my call. Is this the way LGE INDIA customer service responds to the customer’s complaint. As a customer Iam not happy with the LGE INDIA customer care service.

    I had purchased L.G Double door refrigerator 240 ltr on 03/04/2013.Till intalation cooling is not proper. When I contact to custemer care for demmo and rectification of problems , he booked complaint( No- RNA 130404085786) and ensured me within 24 hr. our eginner will contact and within 48 houre issue will closed. but now more than 80 Hr. over but no persana contact me. When I call furthe custemercare every time diffrent persons replying , every time I am explaning the same . every time custmer care executive ensuring me withie 24 hr. problems will resolved but nothing happend.I am sorry to say that I have no other option except to move the issue through consumer court. if not rectify the problem as soon as possible .

    Dear Sir,
    I have Purchased three split a/c Model No lsa5er5n, Led tv 46 inch ,washing machine ,two lg Refrigerators ,microwave oven.
    Now I am totally dissatisfied with Ur Lg product . I have made a complaint before 6 months but no one has contacted till now .
    But there is no response from the service center.When i call the service center they are giving false commitment saying the service men will contact u within 24 hours but no one has contacted me till now .
    The service men who Came to service the a/c the person said me to take the extended warranty then he will change the blade it seems . Then i said i don’t want the warranty change the blade i will give the cash now itself then he started to saying the blade wont be available sir .
    Then he started recommending other companies like Blue star Hitachi Will be good .
    Lg is the worst company in services he explained about lg . Then i started Knowing about the lG company .U should take immediate action Within two days or i am going to consumer court .

    I purchased one LG LCD and could not get it installed at my home after continuous and daily thrice followup and no one is taking care of and no one is acknowledging neither Call center or Service center.

    LG is completely misguiding to the customer. I would proposed no one should buy any product from LG. I would never recommend to purchase any product of LG…….
    This is the disgusting service level any one can get from the lg and so would the product quality.

    I’m in line of complain from all the above complaintant and is planning to go to consumer court on the mental agony through which we are going.

    Subject: Total Dissatisfaction of the Product Purchased and After Sales Services.

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased the LG Front Loading Washing Machine and I am totally dissatisfied with this product and the After Sales Service Representatives of your Company. While purchasing the product, I was told to buy an Additional Trolley buy the Salesman saying that it would be good for the Machine.

    Within sometime, we noticed that the machine started vibrating and making noises, which was an absolute shock to us. Then we registered a complaint and we were told to remove the Trolley, saying that the vibrations would not occur anymore. But it started again.

    Finally we registered the complaint for the third time in this current month of September, and so your Service Engineer came to check, so he found that the Inner Plastic Tub is leaking, and due to that the Vibrations are happening.

    So technically there is Manufacturing Defect, and the vibration was not due to the Trolley or the floor leveling. We unnecessarily had to purchase a trolley for the Machine, which was an additional cost to us.

    We have been absolutely harassed with your product, and now we don’t want to repair it because its a major manufacturing problem.

    The Customer Care Officer of your Pune Branch Mr. Sudhir Singh is totally rude and arrogant to talk to. He does not know how to talk to a customer. If my problem is not rectified ASAP, I will take immediate action against it.

    I purchased one LG washing machine on 19th Aug and till 24th Aug machine could not installed at my home and no one is taking care of and no one is acknowledging neither Call center or Service center.

    LG is completely misguiding to the customer. I would proposed no one should buy any product from LG. I would never recommend to purchase any product of LG…….

    I had purchased L.G Double door refrigerator 320 ltr on 02/08/2012 i.e. delivered on 03/08/2012 from dealer vaid electronics NIT 5 No. Faridabad , at the time of delivery i found side tray was broken & one plastic box of fizzer was missing i. e. seen by delivery man, at once i call to dealer , Dealer says dont worry we are sending engineer from co.for demo for sort out the problem , but after repeated reminder to L. G customer care & Vaid Electronics complaint is still unattended , firm says this is dealer responsibility for mishandling & Dealer says this is firms responsibility.i dont understand who is responsible
    I am sorry to say that I have no other option except to move the issue through consumer court. if not rectify the problem as soon as possible .

    Fw: Poor response from service centers

    I have a LG airconditioner model no LSA18TILAE, and it is under AMC ,its HLP no:KG15127. I have made a complaint regarding the a/c ref. to complaint no:RNA120524047262 as on 24/05/2012. In response to that complaint, they attended the issue by visiting my shop premises and removed the inner unit of the a/c’s outer part and promised to clear the problem next day. But still now they have not yet returned to rectify the problem. I have given many complaints after that ref: to complaint no:RNA120613050871 as on 13/06/12 and complaint no:RNA120702015377 as on 02/07/12. But there is no repsonse from the service center. When I make a call to the call center they are giving false commitment saying that service men will reach you within 48 hours, but still now no such men has come. The half repaired a/c is giving such annoying noise such that no person can sit inside the shop. And in call centers they are giving a number to contact(9566004043),but nobody is responding in that number. Then why do they give such false numbers to cheat the customers.

    After poor response by your call centers and service centers, I have a made a complaint in the consumer court and the docket no. 386361 as on 02/07/2012. If you still show your poor response in the same way, I am sorry to say that I have no other option except to move the issue through consumer court. This would be my last mail to you regarding this issue. So try to rectify the problem as soon as possible without causing hardship to anyone.

    My A/C. Unit problem was from 4.9.2011. I told your service centre. R.N.A. No. is 110909082789 Dated the 4.9.2011. After complaint Mr. Guna, Service Mechanic has come and takes my A.C. Machine Unit. But not return my AC unit still now. I called many times Mr. Guna mobile No. 9159254780, and Mr. Duraimurugan Mobile No. 9976090360 and your service centre and called Service Manager Mobil No. 9047777162. But not response. Now, They are not take my calls. I am confused by them because they are cited me. What action to do them? I want immediate action to my complaint within a week. You should not take further action, I am going to consumer court.
