I already mailed a complain about the Kent purifier Pride, which is under gurantee period is not working at all. Your dealer here had not visited the place inspite of your assurance. Please get this complaint rectified as early as possible.
I think All the above complain must be true , because me too suffering a poor quality of service rrom kent RO and I suggest all who wish to buy a RO please check the service quality of the company……kent is a very good RO but the its need to improve the service quality..

i purchased kent grand plus and waiting for installation since last 10 days. made lots of call to kent people. they give assurance that engineer is about to reach to your home. finally i have decided to return the water purifier.
I am worried that at the time of installation this is the situation from kent service .. what will happen once i have installed the product and face any problem.
Very very poor service,almost nothing
I had complete in kent customer care and till 15 days no one came to fix the problem
my suggestion is to them is stop selling product if they dont have people for service

I moved from Gurgaon to Chandigarh a week ago…. have put in repeated requests for reinstallation at Chandigarh.. but nothing whatsoever has happened… all requests on deaf ears!
And on top of this the dealer/authorized personnel is asking for Rs1150 for the first year warranty transfer (I bought this unit a few months ago)!! While purchasing I was told that this warranty is valid throughout India!!
This is pathetic service
Pathetic service after tricking the people to buy the product. They will run behind you and call you hundred times a day until you buy it.
Then you have to pray that it runs well and cross your fingers, exactly one year over with your warranty gone and then you see some or other fault. People at the distributor shop don’t understand english well and hence whoever not local, god only should save them.
Dont Buy kent water purifier, pathetic service in Hyderabad/Secunderabad.

My Ecperiance about KENT.
I bought KENT W/F on 10th April 2010…The dealer delivered it at odd hours even and the payment made immediately……Till date no one came for regular check-ups…..now the filter has stopped functioning….with beeps…..I am running from pillers to post….The delhi office gave me some number….the person attended this phone gave me another phone numbers…..the Party neme “Orange Impex” at pune…..falls commitments are being given and no one came till date…..Its a frustating experiance with KENT…..Since the furified water we are used to in the recent past….are consuming & exposed to contaminated one….I will usge the aspirant buyers to consider this pathatic experiance…..

I have installed a Kent Grand Mineral RO Water Purifier unit No. KRO 80505224 on 7th. July 2008. Service is provided by their Indore franchisee H2O Solutions, 69, Anand Bazar, Behine INOX, Indore 452 001 that is lousy and highly exploitative. Service people are absolutely irresponsible and incompetant always ready with some or the other stories/excuses for their follies. While requesting for checking the TDS of water they are evasive. Their TDS checking instrunments are also defective and not calibrated.
Complaints to Kent is not attended to its logical end.
The Real thing in KENT is it doesn’t have its own techinicians, they have to provide the service through dealer network only, but Kent offers for best price as well as gives credit of 90 days to E-zone, Big bazaar, Croma, Metro, Pai International, More, Girias and to many other showrooms, and these retailers gives it for less price than the dealers, so Dealers don’t provide immediate service to those who brought from above mentioned super markets,

Your company has cheated me heavily as the water purifier machine has got spoiled in just 30 days. Before purcasing this machine I first consulted with your head office in Noida and you told your authorized dealer in Lucknow, the dealer came to my house as per the address given by you and sold me the machine ‘KENT PEARL S.No. KR-110523090′ on 1st June,2011 (01/06/11).
Right after 30 days,i.e., the machine was spoiled. I tried to contact your dealer at the shop Aqua Super Service, Hazratganj, Lucknow but I could not contact him on the 1st of July. Then on the 2nd of July I rang up the worker (Mr. Vishwakarma) who sold me the purifier. he said that the work would be done the next day. In these two days, I had to purchase mineral water bottles from the market for drinking purpose. I was harrashed mentally and after so much of request, the worker sent a mechanic who opened up the whole machnie. After putting in one hour of efforts, somehow water flow has started in the purifier but the lights are not working due to some technical problem.
I am very angry as your company only bluffs and the quality is extremely poor. Due to the mental harrashment which I faced for these 3 days, why should not I file a complain against your company in the CONSUMER FORUM?? I am not at all wanting to continue this opened up and damaged machine now.
Kindly replace your purifier within 24 hours or I will be bound to file the case against you in the Consumer Forum and I will be using this written complaint as an evidence in the court.

worst customer service….
I purchased kent grand+ 10 months back for Rs.14500/- and am having valid warranty card. Some days back sucking pump got stopped working and I called dealer and he took 4 days to replace. Same day evening suddenly UV lamp stopped working. I again called dealer to replace it but this time he replied back that it is not covered in warranty.
Now Dealer and customer service executives are creating the stories saying that I have opened the inside components and the same is reason for not functioning of UV lamp. I am totally fed-up…
