Our Kenstar Microwave is in the name of Mr Mustan thanawala . On 19thAug Mr Manoj technical person from Kenstar visited & repaired . But again within 5 days it stop working . So on 23rd Aug2010 he revisited took the front bottons part alongwith him & said there is some problem in the bottons will get it repair . But till date neither he came nor his mobile number (9869163246) is accessible.

Microwave Owen modelOM 20 ACF is unattended due to want of the PVC coupling on which the rotating Glass disc stands. The material of the coupling itself is melting in a shortspan of usage. ANY BETTER OPTION AVAILABLE? WHY NOT OF TEFLON MATERIAL?

I had bought a Kenstart Microwave last year from Amravati, Maharashtra and brought it to Pune. After working fine for 1 week, the plate started giving problems. I raised a complaint for that with the Customer Care and someone came to verify it. After inspection, the engineer said that some lock is broken and he will replace it in 1 week.
No one came even after 3 weeks so we called the person again and then he came and replaced the lock. It worked fine for 2 days and again started giving same problem. We called again and this time the engineer said that the problem is with the motor. He replaced the motor after another 1 month. This worked fine for 1 day and then the timer started giving problems. We are not able to set the timer. It sets only at 95 minutes that too only on High Power PH1. We have called Customer Care several times and they assure always that the engineer will call back but no one has called for the last 3 months. We called the engineer directly and he says he will come to our place but no one comes.
This is disgusting. If the problem can’t be corrected then replace my microwave.

I had registered complaint for my kenstar microwave oven. complaint no is GHA1903110372 on 19th march 2011 but is still unattended, assuarance is given on the toll free number but no mechanic came.
