I have bought a new kenstar 1.5 ton AC. It is not installed properly by the dealer.
No company trained executives or engineers came for opening and installing the new product. Untrained ITI students came and made damaged our wall and water pipes and did the installation. I want any product to be opened by its company engineers. Since it is my first air-conditioner, i want to be taught about the product for proper maintenance and handling. * We had purchased 3 nos of Kenstar AC ( 1.5 TS 18GS ; 0.8 T KT 10H ; & 1.0T Split 12KS) in name of our firm at Ranchi.
( Purchase vide bill no 0987 dtd 27th Aug 2005 for Rs. 62135 from your Distributor cum Dealer D.R.Enterprises, Ranchi )
* The A.C compressor carries warranty for 72 months = 6 years , as was communicated to us.
* All The 3 A.C ‘s were installed around Dec 2005.
* We are now having problem for quite some time with our 0.8 Ton window A.C .
* Upon finding through local service center, we have contacted your local service center ( M.K Refregeration ,Ranchi ) & recd complaint No. 9782 dtd 24/4/10.
( Mr Bobby Khan ( 09334484777 / 09835193373 / 0651-2351610 ) has been assuring us time & again that the A.C compressor needs to be replaced & the A.C
will be rectified & MAKE OPERATIONAL to our satisfaction .
* We have been promised that the A.C will be rectified latest by 10/11th May…but still no responce. we have been chasing time & again & are being assured that the service engg will visit & close the case immediatly…but sorry ,no response.
* Sorry to state that the servce commitment of Kenstar has been Pathetic…never expected such a poor after sales service commitment…..am forced to spread this poor serice response to our friends who want to buy new A.c’s
* In this scorching heat, the A.c not working when needed most, & that too for 1 month !! I am sure you can understand our pain & patience
* we lookforward for your immediate attention & response .
* We shall be forced to buy another A.C in absence of your Immediate service support & may also be compelled to move for legal support.

Hi ..
I have a Kenstar Microwave, Not working properly from day 1 , its almost 2 years to buy , to solve these problem i have given to Jayant Agency ” from where i purchased” to repair . Its almost 40 days they are not repaired yet , when i ask for my Microwave they always denied to replace me. please do me a favor and get it replaced as soon as possible.

I am really sorry to state that Service of Kenstar AC is very very poor,& the kind of response by people who recieve it are lazy & letargic to replay.I think they delabrately delay the service call so that the warrenty period expires,so that they can charge more.
with in a weeks time my warrenty expires,so before that expires I am going to State Consumer Forum.
