    Your customer service is very very poor. Regarding my Karbon mobile’s(K217) technical fault which one i’ve submitted on Guwahati service centre, from 28/4/11 Till today(28/9/11) not getting any response. My Jobsheet No: 411/118.
    So suggest what can be done. I’m really angry to Karbon mobile service.
    My suggestion to you, PLS STOP YOUR PRODUCTION. the company nothing for good.

    Sir,

    The customercase details published is wrong. Their phone number never worked. Please call and chec the number been provided. Karbonn service customer case is really pethatic.

    I am using karbonn k 1414 mobile , my mobile charger is damaged.
    This charger not available at Solapur Market .pls tell me how to purchase this charger and form whom?
