   i dont know ,what is the point of writing lots of rubbish text lines ,,when peaople are asking and searching ur customer care phone number for day today flights information.
   its damn bloody stupidity ,,to talk and talk ,,,write and arite bla bla bla,,,but not giving ur phone number,
   and that stupid toll free number 1800 55 22 55 is never reachable. so where do we get information ,,,can u say??

   I really dont understand the waiting time given as 10 mins and nearly 45 mins since i am trying to reach you?

   please do something to improve the customer care

   I would like to know where your office in chennai can i approach to get immediate attention.

   have to cancel or postpone my booking as there is emergency at home.

   I have made my family bookings for summer vacation to Bangkok My PNR NOS are

   They need to be cancelled,i.e. all my airline tickets & hotel bookings as you are aware of the political situation & unrest in bangkok.
   Your dept. suggested they you can go in 1 months time but as the school / college reopens on 7 th june 10.
   We spoke to the cancellation dept. for same but the charges what we have to bear is Rs. 4000/- per ticket which is to high . hence request to reduce further by another 50% on it i.e. Rs 2000/- per ticket would be apperciated. Please look into the matter and advice. Also would like to state that i am a priviledge card member of jet airways & no is 138150725..

    this has been a worse flight ever i have been through i bought a ticket which was almost about a year back for which i was charged twice. I have been to the help desk but they have said that the money would be refunded with three days i went for than four to five times and now i am sick of going n asking for my money back. A request to the jet airways management that if you’ll keep those kind of staff to book tcikets straight from the airports then the management should look forward that why are the staff cheating their passengers taking double money for a single ticket. If the management is really honest with their work then i would request to take some action on the staff those who are booking the ticket. please kindly see through it

    The jetairways made 5th june 2010 a fasting tuesday for me..I booked the ticket on12 may 2010 from Cochin to Delhi ( Ticket no 7052674945089 /issue date 12 may 2010 / IATA No: 14361060 / flight no S2 0242 R KOCHI – HYDRABAD – DELHI Flight ) and it was written in the ticket that multi meals will be served. I was just waiting for the multi meals they offered in the eletronic ticket till we landed at Paalam air port (as I was quite hungry.) my humble request to the marketing officials is that if you offer a seervice pls try to fullfil it.

    I am Shamna Beegum. L.M Travelling to Canada from Trivandrum.on 25th July 2010. But I could not get a direct conform ticket from Trvandrum to Edmonton (Canada).
    So I arrange a ticket on Jet Airways (No 2758, Economic/v) to Chennai on 25th June 2010 and International Ticket from Chennai to Edmonton on Airlanka Airlines (No. 124, Economy/L.) But I having 2 Baggage to take more than 20kg.

    Sir, I request you to wheather I can take 2 nos of 23 kg Baggage from Trivandrum to Chennai or not.

    I have booked my tickets to attend a International Workshop during 16-18 at Kohima, Nagaland. The tickets were from Kochi to Bangaluru (9w2307 at 7.45 A. M). , Bangalure to Kolkota (9W 2452 9.15 A.M) and Kolkota to Dimapur (IC 207 2.10 P. M) on 14th Septemebr 2010. When I reached the airport at 6.00 A. M. on 14 I noticed the display that the flight is canceled. I stay at about 70 KM away from Cochin Airport. For this trip I got my tickets booked on 26 August through Akbar travels. Neither the travel agents or the Jet airways gave me any information about cancellation of the flight till I saw it in the airport display board. In this age of advanced methods of communication why don,t you think of the inconvenice you give to your customers like this. I was not able to make this trip since there was no seats available in Kolkota Dimapur sector on 15. All my efforts to reach the Dimapur was not fruitful. If I had known about this latest by 13th afternoon, I could have made it possible by a train journey to Thrissur Bangalore sector and catching the flight from Bangalore. Or I could have booked a ticket in Kingfishcer Airlines which fly at the same time. I was an invited speaker to an international workshop organized in India and after planning to reach the place one day in advance I still had to inform them that I could not make it because a flight was canceled.

    I want to book a Jet Airways ticket from Mumbai to Dubai return flight for my wife on 27th January 2011 and return 11th March 2011.

    I would like to know if there is a Marhaba Service available with Jet Airways like Emirates provide at extra cost, and if yes, then what is the Cost of service that Jet Airways will charged.

    Also I would like to know the criteria for a pregnant passenger to travel by Jet Airways.

    Jetairways keeping a low sight on their customers. I boarded Jetairways from Mumbai to Ahmadabad on 24th July ’11. After I reached Ahmadabad to pick my baggage from the baggage conveyor belt, to my surprise I see that my Airbag handle came off fully. Upon asking with jetairways personnel in Ahmadabad, a lady there gave me a suitable answer that it happens sometimes and that’s O.K. Shocked to receive such answer. And as I took the subject further and wanted to see the Luggage Manager, upon his visit to the conveyor, he confidently said that it will take about Rs: 20/- to get it stitched back and it is not a big thing, and also gave me a reason that an airbag will carry only 8 kgs and hence it came off. I want to ask the jetairways authority if they are carry the luggage hanging in the aircraft, that the handle came off because of weight. And for their info it was a REEBOK original airbag which was purchased about 4 months back.
    This is in the interest of the public I write that especially JetAirways ground Force is behaving as their wish and mind your luggage when ever you take Jetairways. NOw I remember, that when I was doing a check-in at mumbai, I was there just in an 1:hr before the schedule time and the Jetairways person standing there told me that there were many announcements requesting to hurry up the things and I am very late. Later when I was at the check-in counter, the lady over there was very much interested in having attention of one of their male staff to say Hellow to her and when the male staff passed away, this lady called him back keeping me on job and in front of me she is debating with that Male staff as to why he has not told Hellow to her.

    Secondly when I came out of the flight and walking to the baggage conveyor in side the Ahmadabad airport, there was no Staff who can guide us as to which way will take us out. I found a lenglthy way and kept walking and at the end I find a left and a right way with no Jet Staff guiding, I eventually look left turn and upon walking about 5-6 steps, I found that it was taking me in to an another aircraft entry and that was a wrong way. I took back and I rushed immediately and started enquiring with another co-passengers and finally locate the way out.

    On the whole I find the JetAirways staff being very lethargic and are doing their job just for the sake of doing job. Dear JetAirways… Tring.. Tring… Wake -up…!!! And I make it a point that next time I travel Jetairways, I make it a point to pick up and indulge in heated argument with high voice on any reason that I felt uncomfortable even on a very small issue. Mind you Jet Airways…!!!

    My seat no was 10 -C.

    I want to share my experience of traveling in Jetlite from Nagpur to Mumbai and in Singapore Airlines from Nagpur to Jakarta. On 03-08-2011 I along with my wife was to travel from Nagpur to Jakarta and accordingly it was booked in above said Airlines. We have to report at 4 Pm at Nagpur airport to Jetlite counter we started 3.30 PM from my Nagpur residence, on the way at Mate Squire demolition of encroachment was going on, where our vehicle got stuck up. We were not able to move forward or backward. After half an hour I requested a police officer and showed him my Air Ticket, then tried hard and pass our car. By the time I reached the check in counter it was quarter to 5 pm. They said the check in is closed, I requested them and practically begged them ( I was feeling myself like kneeling before them at the age of 55th year) then the girl at the counter melted he started processing, seeing this their supervisor (Mr Kulkarni) came and started firing her that why she is accepting us. Then I requested him, begged him and felt same as above. They checked my baggage gave me boarding card; we hurried for security check went to waiting hall for boarding because it was 5.05pm time for takeoff. We harried at the boarding gate but, the ground staff and security personnel informed us that the flight is not landed yet, I felt embarrassed, drained and exhausted.
    We were sitting and waiting for boarding to announce, they announced that the flight is delayed indefinitely due to poor visibility and was diverted to Hyderabad. Now we started worrying for onward flight of Singapore from Mumbai. After some time the ground staff started inviting for refreshment due to delay. They come and said us also we ignored because we were still embarrassed. Then Mr. Kulkarni come and invited me, seeing him I broke down upon him and asked him that why you make me beg knowing that your flight was delayed I said I will make complain against him, he braved himself you can do anything and said you can note my name is Kulkarni. We remain seated and waited worriedly for our next flight.
    At 7.30 pm flight landed and 8.05 pm took off, by the time we reach Mumbai and collected our baggage and queued for international transfer it was 10.30 pm. There was no bus, I enquired from persons from Airport Authority and they informed us that there is traffic jam so taking taxi will not help us too, better we should wait for shuttle of international terminal transfer. Ultimately we got the shuttle and were reaching the counter of Singapore Airlines, a lady sitting at Business Class counter shouted are you Singh family, we said yes, she send two persons to help us to check in our baggage, and two persons to fill up our immigration forms and she ordered them to go along with us to ask for favor from immigration and security personnel with jumping the queue. As we reached boarding gate no. 6, we were the last persons to board. At the gate the lady of ground staff also lauding Singh family please come. None of the ground staff or crew was complaining instead they were welcoming and helping us.
    When searching on Google I got the heading which I am pasting here (JetLite India- Cheap domestic Jetlite flights in India | Book Jet …)
    Why we will prefer Singapore Airline against other air line is now self explanatory, once again I congratulate Singapore Airline for Such a nice service and many-many more….!

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I have traveled from Muscat to Trivandrum by 9W 529 Jet Airways on 12/1/2012 along with my family. The flight is scheduled to depart at 1:30AM, but it departed at 2:15AM with out any prior information. It made us to wait in the airport for long time in the cold weather. In the cabin, audio port did not work, it was raised to crew cabin Ms/Mrs ANNA. She did not even bother to respond back on this.

    As I have a small kid, I asked hot water for my kid to ANNA, She did not provide. I did not expect this poor response from Jet Airways. After flight landed, few passenger got up, immediately Anna yelled on them to sit. She should talk to them politely make them to understand to sit rather than shouting.

    I never had this bad experience so far. I preferred to travel in Jet Airways just because I was happy about it. But this experience make me to give me a second thought.
    It would be great if you have a look into it and make sure not to continue.
