    I purchased a Intex DVD player N-50 on 25/09/10 from “Malancha”, (Belgharia, Nr. Bata More, Kolkata, W.B.). When I purchased the DVD then Malancha give 2 yrs. warranty, my DVD not running from June’11, then hand over to Malancha(within warranty) on 18/08/11, but till now not recd. the DVD.
