Sub: Request for replacement of the Micro processor.
I have purchased a Intel Pentium 4 processor from M/s K.C Computers in our city. Vide their in voice no 2588 dated 28.12.2007 with various other items as per invoice.
The Micro processor has stopped working suddenly for the past two days. We initially thought it may be the problem with the Board but when we use other processor it is working. The processor has been not working and need replacement.
When we contacted the dealer he shows the terms of sale where he has mentioned clearly that the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for any replacement during the warranty. The warranty expires on 25.12.2010.
I request you to replace the item at the earliest to the above address.

I had purchased an Intel 945GCLF motherboard with SUK No. 110E158 on 29th. October,2009.Within six months the motherboard shows some problem.Now your dealer M/S. PIXEL INDIA has also agreed that there is a peoblem in the motherboard.I had already returned the motherboard for replacement to your dealer nearly one month ago but unfortunately till date I did not get my motherboard back from the INTEL.I think that I can expect a quick after sale customer service from a reputed company like INTEL.Please try to send me the motherboard within next 3 to 4 days.
