    Dear Sir,

    I am NRE account holder, working in Saudi Arabia / Riyadh my wife having my ATM card. Yester day 10/02/2012 around 12:00 afternoon she try to cash with drawl from ATM machine (Melakaveri Pin-612 002 / Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu) amount Rs. 9000/- after processing suppose money come out from machine that time power cut due to power cut money was not come out, then power return around 3:00 PM during the time she was near by ATM machine. After she made another transaction as same amount, when she made the mine statement its shows 2 times debit my account each Rs. 9000/= but one time only cash with drawl.

    There fore you are kindly requested to take necessary action to return Rs. 9000 credit to my account and inform me by e-mail
