I have purchased a santro xing in sept-2007, There was a problem in lock of car from which car starts. That problem occured in 2008 & i got it repaired from Hyundai service centre. But on 09 Feb-2010 this problem occured again.
i am not able to start my car due to steering lock problem.
I am not satisfied with the quality of Hyundai Car.

I have purchased a new Santro Zing car from RAMANI dealer in Salem, Tamilnadu during Feb 2009 and got proud of it.
Moreover i have applied for the Rebate in the vehicle cost as refund in the Corporate scheme during May 2009. But yet i have not received any amount from the company. So please confirm me whether i want to submit any other documents to you.

my name is amish doshi, i am from morbi (gujarat), i have a complain about my santro, before 1 year my car had an accident, so it fully damage and i poot it in rajkot equity hyundai, but i am not satisfaction about ur company service and repairing, bcoz from that day i have complain many times about my stearing that there is some noice in it and little vibration, but i dont know why they r not solve that problem, so now i deside to sold my car and buy a new car from some other company bcoz of ur company service, im my city there is a service station of hunday in, but they dont have any parts to change in car so i got big problem to carry my car many times to rajkot for this all problems, first i belive only on hyundai company but my trust is i think wrong. if possilbe then so something for my complain, waiting for ur good reply

I met with an accident on 9th Sep.2010. I handed over my car to Himgiri Motors(authorized by Hyundai) C-87 Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi 88, on the same day of accident. My car is insured with “New India Insurance”.
No action was taken by Himgiri motors on my car for about 4-5 days. They made a commitment to me that they would give back my car within 5-6 days. After 10 days of accident on 19th sep.2010, Himgiri Motors called me and told that my car is ready to take back and Re-inspected by the insurance agent. I took a test run of my car, I was shocked to hear some kind of noise from steering wheel instead of the re-inspection of my car.
The executives told me that it is a minor noise and it could be solved by service department, I didn’t agree with them, I asked them to take a thorough inspection again. After waiting a few hours there, they insisted me to take away my car back in the same condition, but I refused.
After wasting a lot of time with the Hyundai executives there, they told me that there is a problem in my car’s steering wheel. One of the executive present there insisted me to get fixed this problem from some road-side mechanic, but I refused.
I WANT THAT A EXPERIENCED ENGINEER TO BE SENT TO THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH OF HIMGIRI MOTORS TO RE-INSPECT MY CAR THOROUGHLY.
As the executive present there are not able to satisfy my problem.
Please look into the matter, expedite and advise as soon as possible.

Subject : driver side power window operation started giving trouble
I have purchased car on 7th Dec 2005 vide Car No : MH-12 CY 6408 SANTRO XL
The car has not troubled us at all excepting some problems like cranking noise of driver’s seat which was not rectified in spite of many times sending car to Kothari.
Now in Sept 2010 when my front driver side power window operation started giving trouble to me I took my car for its repair. They charged me Rs.1550/- for replacement of Limit switch which operates both sides glasses and I thought it done.
But again after 3 days same problem started giving trouble the window up and down was not happening at all. After changing the Limit switch too it was giving trouble as mentioned above. Again car was kept for two days but there was no conclusion and later on car was returned with a verbal remark that “THE WIRING HAS PROBLEM WE HAVE ORDERED IT IE WE GET THE SAME WE WILL CALL THE CAR. After that 2 months have lapsed and in spite of follow up many times no one has bothered to call me even after my several calls to their Mr Sandeep on his mobile no: 9923101349 they are silent on this subject. The response has been very bad and was never expected from Hyundai service center.
Can company make justice to me and arrange to rectify the problem at the earliest as since more than 3 months I am unable to make the window up and down and is causing great hardship to me.

I had taken a special interest to convince customer at our badmal (one industrial area of bolangir distt, orissa) for purchasing hyundai car. As a result of this I arranged 8 customer and had taken 8 cars comprising i10 & santro xing from OSL Hyundai, Cuttack even though our nearest dealer is at Sambalpur. OSL Hyundai rep tell me about referral amount for the above job, but i have not received even a single rupees for the same.
This leads to discouragement and straight cheating. For this now from last month I m not taking any interest about the sale of hyundai in my place although frequently new vehicles are coming i.e.maruti, chevrolet, tata etc.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for the interest of company i.e.hyundai.
sir, i have done servicing of my santro car. after servicing it has start off automaticaly during running.after few minute the car can be started. servicing centre examine it but cannot solve it. so i need a solution . bhabesh

It is heard by me that,Hyndai co. is stopping production of Xing car in near future. As I am planning to buy a new car in next one or two days,so please help me to choose write ane in midsize car ranging Rs. 300000-400000.
I am submitting this complaint with a belief that concern person will take it in their notice.I am a owner of Santro car,purchased on april 2009 from Libra Hyundai Dhandab.I took my car to Libra on 07.12.2010 for 1st paid service with a complaint that my car does not get start itself.We have to push it fot make it start.I reached the service centre by 1030 am .They lodge the complaint by same time.They gave back my car by 05.30 pm without attending the problem , however they took Rs 2100 / for labour and other charges.
We found the services of Libra Hyundai Dhanbad very poor and non responsible .Will any one took this negligence in service done by Libra Hyundai,Dhanbad in his notice and inform me the action taken

A few weeks back I have been having a few problems with the car – Whenever I put the AC on the pickup drops drastically and car climbs speed very slowly. Also if the car is loaded with 4 people it really takes time in building speed. The AC works fine and everything else is fine. I got the car serviced around 4000 kms back and would get it serviced very soon again.
No body has been able to give me a proper answer, some say there may be problem in clutch, some says might be injector problem etc….
can u pls help me out.
