i have called at 09718599811 which is the number of ring road honda. time was before 12 noon and told them that i am facing problem of engine oil leakage for which the lady assured to arrange the pick up of the vehicle soon. no one called be back and i have to remind again ata or around 3 pm but again people kept on transfering the call to one counter or other. i am still at the same stage and have been forced to leave the vehicle at my office and go back home with some of my colleague. this is highly uncalled for from the company like this and this is my first experience which is more than bad. i thought to lodge a formal complaint against ur servise quality which i am doing with this mail.
pls look into it and initiate action against the people who are not doing anything to give some addition to the repute of this company like HONDA.

i have purched used honda accord 2002 in a good condition now i want to go for cng conversion for which kit should i go and how much will it cost kindly inform immeditely
