I Have applied home loan from HDFC Bank I am waiting for response

Pathetic Service of HDFC Bank.
1. Dheerak Kaushik employee of HDFC Bank asked more amount for Pre processing charges for Home Loan around 6300 for 9 lacs when given document for home loan on 12th Jan 2013. It should be 5075 /-
2. He don’t know whether Registry Amount will be disbursed or not.
3. Contact Customer Support – Priyanka, after 20 min discussion she also don’t know whether registry amount will be disbursed or not. No support from customer service, for each question she said that ask your concern person, then whats the purpose of Customer Support (Spec I called Loan Customer Support on 01141115111), I am just wasting my time at HDFC every where but no resolution in HDFC.
4. How this bank is Working.. It’s horrible. No Service even initially, not even how much time it will take to disburse the loan.
Initially Manager Mohit Sinha said it would take one week,Then say different things each time we asked. 10-12-14 days.

I am Dr.Abad A. Siddiqui and I have purchased and constructed the house through a loan form HDFC Dehradun no. 513326321 and 513855869 in 2008 .All my paper and original land sale deeds is also mortgaged and available in Lucknow office. Now I want to do flooring of my house and also want to construct stir case etc.For the I want a loloan of Rs. 200000/=. I am Senior Scientist in Central Silk Board and take hoam salary is Rs. 45,000/=.
I have contacted the HDFC office, they are good people but informed that my cheques have been bounced at few occasions and they can not help and can not recommend. I know rule is rule. However, I may add that at present only rs. 12,000 is pending i.e installments of September. Since I was posted in Kashmir and transferring the salary form there, a disturbed place, therefore some time there was delay in transferring the amount in Dehradun branch, therefore, sat few occasions this is happened,otherwise I am not a dafaulters and its not in habit. Now ,I have been transferred to Dehradun, I want above mentioned work. I want to write to higher authority to use their discretion and advice the in charge of HDFC, Dehradun to kindly process my paper.
I will be highly obliged. I am central Govt. officer/Senior Scientist and this thing, I assure will not happen in future.

My home loan has not been sanctioned so far. HDFC has sanctioned home loan for the G.F. flat in the name of Mr. Ankur and also sanction loan for second floor in the name of Sh. Satish Kumar. My flat is in middle than why my home loan has not been sanction. I and my wife both we are in Govt. job. We assure the return of your home loan. if later on any problem will occur regarding flat we will be fully responsible. . I had applied for Home Loan through your CP ( M Block branch) .The Person who dealt with me are

Please note that before i apply i used to get call from both this gentlemen quite frequently .But now i have submitted all the papers . Mr Srivastava assued me that once my file opens he will call me along with my login id. That was three working days back. After that both of them stopped receiving my calls .
I am shocked at their behaviour .If there are some lacunae in the documents submitted then i do have the right to know about them.
I have one request , i expected better service from Bank of your repute .Please train your officers and Sales executives to atleast attend to Customers Care after all i beleive that’s what they are being paid for .
