   dear sir
   i lodged a coplaint on my haeir washing machine on 15march but till the problem was not cleared the service person says spare not available. is it right two month was taken for a spare.my question is how much time will take to repaire my
   machine

   Same story for me also…..
   I too registered a complaint for my exactly one year old fully automatic washing machine on February 2010… Still it is not cleared and got the same response— “SPARE NOT AVAILABLE”
   Machine is really good to operate with less noise and no need of asssitance.. even a layman can operate.. But when it start giving problem I am not getting proper response.. I am keep on calling and sending mails. They are not ready to attend the compaint…
   After the escalation to higher level they started responding to my mails and calls properly…
   After two month they are suggesting to replace the washing machine itself since it is outdated model with the deduction of 15% from the actual rate of the machine…. I dono about the Haier products. If the new machine give me problem and if i didnt get proper response(I dont want same story). If any one knows about Haier washing machines and have any good experience with any model pls let me know… Plsss…
