I would like to know why there is NO ONE on the 1-877-337-3639 number to help me with my little 7 inch handheld Haier TV. Two women I finally spoke with said they knew nothing about troubleshooting this type TV.
The woman who answered twice simply said “Hello”. Not “Haier Customer Service” or anything. I thought I was reaching someone’s home address.
I’m sending this TV back to Amazon since it doesn’t work and I cannot get any help with it.

i have purchase a new haier tv on 01/10/2010 evening . as son as it is deliverd to my home i just started the tv and observed that their is a yellow dark spot on the screeen we have informed to the service engineer . butr till now the problem is not solved . and no response from haier can u just take some action regarding this matter and resolve it or u suggest me what to do . ( or else u suggest me to purchase a another tv of another company
