   We have installed above water purifier more than 2 years ago & was working trouble free. Godrej Service agency – Orient Agency was awarded AMC for upkeep of the machine as per condition of companies Warantee card. When Our filter stopped working on 4th Aug, 2011 we registered our complaint with Orient service on 5th Aug, 2011. Orient services agreed to send the mechanic to our home for the work on 6th Aug.
   After waiting for some time I called up the agency and was surprised to know that the mechanic just saw the safety door jamb and without cheking to find out wehter we are home or not, he informed his office and that we are not home and went away. The manager arranged to send the mechanic for repairs by 4.pm today, but even upto 9.30pm our machine is not repaired neither the agency bothered to give feedback.
   Is this quality of service you give to your consumers?
