I have complained on Friday( 04.06.10) informing the total shut down of my washing machine. Till today (08.06.10) there was no technician attending.Everytime I gave reminder they say Technicians will come tomorrow. Its 5 days over. & I’m totally frustrated with the disgusting service of Godrej.
I dont know what should I do! At least I shall never go for any other Godrej product ever.

I registred complaint, your technician visit machine and he says that “company does not give warranty on DRAIN PIPE, so, you must pay for it.”. SO I want to know that it is true or false?? and full status of warranty..

IT IS HIGHLY UNFORTUNATE THAT I HAVE PURCHASHED A GODREJ WASHING MACHINE , THINKING THAT IT WILL MEET THE STANDARDS OF GODREJ BRAND.

I am having an automatic eon top load washing machine. the problem of the machine is when machine was started, the water pouring to the machine is drained simultaneously. I made a complaint to your call center on 26/09/2010 having complaint no.776338. Till date no body has turned up even after reminding the local service center twice on 27/09/2010 and 28/09/2010 and to your call center twice on 28/09/2010 in the morning and evening. I had also informed them that clothes and detergents are inside the machine for washing.
I, therefore, request you as an oldest company having trust with million Indians, to take up the matter to correct the machine immediately.

Worst post service.. They are calling every week and asking whether machine works or not. But when there is a complaint they are not resolving the problem… For changing one part they are taking 3 weeks and still my washing problem isn’t solved.

complained abt the washing machine in Tirupati centre on 25.01.2011. Technician came after severeal reminders and told some of the parts has to come from bombay. After few days ,he said that he has been ordered and it will come afterone month . Till today I am approaching them they said it has not come. at some time the service centre was closed. I am finding lot of difficulty to catch hold of the service centre persons. Again two days back washer timer is not working properly. again I went to them and complained he informed that he will come see the at 9.00 A.M on 16.03.11 .Neither the technician nor any member of the service came and checked.
Now I feel, foolishly i have purchased the washing machine from the product godrej company.
The services of the company ” THE WORST” AND THE TORTOISE SERVICE”
If the service are not doing promptly and sincerely it will be advised to close the service centres .

I have been calling the Godrej washing maching customer care since three days consecutively, when ever i called they have been lodging the compliants, but till now, no executive has been visited and now if i call this no which they gave 18002095511, is been switched off and i have been waiting for the service to be done, since four days.
It has become tuff with the customer service.
If there is no service provided, why you people get AMC done. i have done the AMC done for two years, paying, but i m not getting any service.
I want the service done immediately.
Please do something immediately, as we are not able to wash clothes.

This has reference to the application form no.14024437634 dtd 7jul11,salesman code Anoop Singh,bhopal for appliance sale.Ihad ordered for a godrej washing machine GWS6502 PPC 6.5KG.paid an advance of Rs.500/-WASHING MACHINE WAS DELIVERED,but inspite of hundreds of calls to MR Anoop Singh Bhagel,and Mr Hitesh Motwani,Branch Dev Manager,Bhopal,I have not recd the cah bill nor the guarantee card..Today its 4th Nov,but sorry to say,even after promises from their side that the bill/receipt n guarantee card wd be sent…no one nor the same has been sent to me.Its a matter of great concern how yr company working with such sales people.I would like to get an answer to this ,at the earliest or would approach yr higher authorities directly. please do reply.thanks
I have an godrej fully automatic washing machine. I registered its complaint on 27 oct 11, which can be easily traced by contact no 9711446725. A person named Mr.Deepak visited us on the very next day and told us that the pump which is used to throw the water from machine is damaged.He took the part with and told us that within a week hw will fix it. But now its 19 days over and complaint is still unattended. Whenever i called in the agency they reply me that “your machine is absolute now.and if we get the part on this wednesday we will fix it on thursday” .I heard this reply atleast 3 times.
I really want to know whether it is going to be attended or not. and almost every year you launch a new model then what about maintanence of older models. You are very particular to took the service charge but where is the service?
Now a days the customer service of the GODREJ COMPANY is very very very poor. Their engineers are very lethargic and it seems that the eyes of the executives of the company is closed.
