We are having few laptops of Fujitsu of various models and all are purchased within last 7 months. Of these 1st three are P8010 in which we had installed Win XP Pro (SP3) with all critical and security updates. The problem is BOOTING ISSUES in all these laptops. During normal running conditions it hangs continuously but it works fine in SAFE MODE. We had tried in many way but all failed. I need to talk to some technical experts on this.
Myself, Rajib Sarkar, Area Head – Information Systems, Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, need you support regarding the same as these are being used by very senior officials of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation and its very serious issue.

I have a fujitsu siemens laptop,its not detecting battery and runs online,but even during online operation after 5 minutes from switch on time it automatically gets switched off without any command from the user.I need the information about the service centers working in kerala or tamil nadu(India)

Hi,
I have a problem with my Fujitsu Intel Atom M2010 Notebook. Its just one year old, Very seldom used and it was working in perfect condition, But now all of a sudden it start giving me trouble while starting the machine. In the begining the machine was booting properly and when it reach the screen where it show the operating system logo such as Windows Xp etc it shut downs itself and now its not even booting. When i press the the power on button it just gives me the power on light and hard disk reading light and cuts off. What could be the possible reason ? Its already one year old and start giving me trouble soon after the warranty period expires. One expert checked and told me it could be a problem with my mother board. Please advice
