Drain knob is brocken since 45 days. Drain knob is not avalable in Ahmednagar.

Many times I called up at at customer care phone Nos for half an hour but the tape is saying that all customer executives are busy at this moment and put the call on hold for half an hour I have complaint of washing machine the drain button is not working properly and I have to complain but all in vain as the customer care (in that phone no executive is available) How I complaint. I have lodged a complaint about my washing machine a month back and we had 3 persons so far who have visited and had the same response ‘the glass needs to be replaced and i have no spare ones on me, call the customer care and ask them to send someone else’. We call and explain in detail and they send another person who gives us the same reply.
I don’t like to play this game, its frustrating and wastes my time.

I have purchased semi automatic washing machine in 2009. in six months one knob from top panel broken then approach supplier who managed to give me a knob from stock. after three months another knob got broken and that time supplier showed enability to provide similar knob to me and asked to approach service centre, no one replies from service centre the recorded message will ask to select language after selction of langauge there will be no response. you dont get these knobs in market and now my machineis idle for want of knob and the investment is drained.
Why we should buy such a poor service oriented goods in India or rather why they are being sold in india?
it is a loot by these MNCs I strongly recommend to citizen of India to not buy goods whose having credibility issues on after sale services.

My fully automatic Electrolux washing machine needs urgent repair as ON-OFF knob has stopped working and even as we press the knob it comes out again.
I am based in Sushant LoK-I Sectro 28 Gurgaon. This is urgent.
Complain no PGUR1803110006. Had a problem with rotation of tub. The Electrolux sevicecenter guys at Gurgaon took it for repair. After 12 days they returned back with same problem of tub making noise while rotating by hand itself. Seems they did not changed the bearing for which they have raised invoice. Also found they dropped my washing machine some where and plastic parts got cracked and fresh pilling off of paints visible.
Workmanship of serviceecenter at Gurgaon found very very bad. I suggest all future buyer of Electrolux product to go for brand who has better after sell servicing facility.

I have Electrolux Front loading washing machine AURUM 24 and I have lodged many time complaint at customer care toll free number vide number PJAI 1208110028 about my washing machine a more then 1 month back and 1 person have visited and told your door handle is broken and vibrating problem and at service centre Jodhpur it is not available. and we again complain on dated 10th sep and he promise me your problem solved within 48 hours, But till date neighter reply nor service for the same.
Pls look in to the matter and solved our problem asap.

I am fully fed-up with the after sales services being rendered by Bilaspur (C.G.) service centre. After purchasing Electrolux washing machine in the year 2008 the problem arises right from the installation. We called several times to service centre and inform Akash Stores Bilaspur, authorized dealer of Electrolux, representative attended the machine and replace the original defective parts and fix the duplicate parts and assured me that as soon as the original part will receive, the same shall be provided. Regret after the lapse of 3 years, the said part is yet to receive by us. The services are very bad in Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) & Electrolux such a big company, the name is spoiling. My machine is lying unused. Since I have no time to run here and there for want of sending the mechanic for repair either in Service Centre or in Akash Stores. It is very much surprising that inspite of my repeated reminders over phone & personal visits no body has attended the machine & warranty for 2 years has gone. I want that my machine should be replaced with new one or it should be serviced properly by replacing the parts , if needed under warranty.
If against this comment, no reply from your end within 4 days , please take it very seriously otherwise I have no option but to go to Consumer forum for such type of services being provided and the defective products are being sold to the consumer. If such type of products are being sold by Electrolux, (big company & their after sales services are not up to the mark of satisfaction of the consumer, then better not to sale such type of products for which no service facilities are there.

I purchased my 2nd electrolux washing machine,model ELX-EWF 1074, May 2009, Lately we suspected the machine is getting a bit noisy. So we called the service centre to service the machine. 2 guys came and toke the machine away without testing,saying the bearing need to be replaced. Then, we received a quotation the next day, drum sharp, bearing and oil seal need to replace, the total cost is RM670.00. Few day later, we called up to enquire the return of the machine, shockingly, we were told that the drum is defective and the cost is around RM1000.00+. Now the total cost of repait come to more than one thousand ringgit. I bought the machine for RM2350.00. The repair cost is almost 50% of the puchase price after 2 1/2 years in service. I just don’t believe it, the quality of electrolux product has come to this level !! or the authorised service contractor is not being honest to the customer !!
I sincerely hope that the top management or service dept should immediately look into this after-sale issue. This happening will difinitely affect your future business. I believe this repair is fake.

We have Electrolux Front Loading Washing machine bought from PAI International. This machine was operational and sometimes the door used to OPen when running and water would pour out. This complaint was shared with customer care of Electrorux and service engineer was sent.
He checked the machine and said everything is fine and door sensor needs to be changed. He collected Rs. 1800/- ( One Thousand Eight Hundred only) and fixed a new sensor. The Washing machine continued to pour out water very frequently. He was called multiple times and he visited us thrice and tried replacing one sensor after other and finally disappeared from the scene. The Machine is not in operation for last 40 days. Whenever we call Customer care, their response is, the spare parts are not available. Spare cannot be missing in the inventory for so many days.
Please save us from incurring further cost. We need to have our clothes washed regularly.

The washing machine modle number is WMES68LLGL-FKA AND SL NO 210511271511901165. the washing machine has doveloped a defect on Timer (not running). the machine isfully unserviceable wef 08 Dec 2011. I regret to say that your all employ are sleeping in their chair, which you have provided to them and my machine is not repaired till date.
