Dear Sir,
We had purchased one canon scanner model No. Lide 100. Sl. No. kdm73025.
The above scanner is problem. We gave service to M/s Ever Excelent System & Service, Madurai at 04.05.2010. But we are not getting the scanner from them.
Kindly solve the problem immediately.

We had purchased xerox machine canon ir 1600 from JP office equipments =
Nagpur for valuable consideration of Rs 75,750. However since the day of pu=
rchase there were repeated problems in it. We tried to contant the distrubo=
tor .However there was no positive response from there end. We have been in=
formed that the company had manufactured very few machine of the said make =
and had now stopped the manfucturing it . Further we came to know that the =
spares of the same are not available.Right now our aforesaid machine is not=
at all working and it has become dead investment of ours. Under this circu=
mstanses we request you to depute your concern service staff member to sort=
