Blum was started in the year 1952 under the name Julius Blum and the first product of the company is horse shoes stud. This product prevents horses from slipping when they are running on the roads. The first vocational training program was started in Austria and its manufacturing unit is located in Hoechst. All its subsidiaries are located in USA and Sweden.
