    Sir I am customer of bank of baroda. MY Rs 1 Lakh FD Maturity date on 23.2.2014 for 1 year with 9% interest. But I want withdraw it on dated 4.2.2014. I know how many amount I received.

    i am a customer of bank of baroda.today i use your atm in PNB. and my balance is not come in atm .and balance is cutt in my accounnt. beacuse server is low . so plz sir reutren my balace.

    i would like inform to you that i want open SB A/C. in your bank which is reputed in UMARJI HOUSE, GROUND FLOOR, TELLI PARK ROAD, ANDHERI EAST, MUMBAI, – 400 069.
    i had given my Pan Card, Ration Card, Adhar Card & Driving licence also but your officer demanding for electricity bill or telephone bill for K Y C but unfortunate i have not any bill of electricity and telephone bill than he refuse to me for open account in your bank.

    please guide to me if i have’t electricity bill than i can’t open SB A/c. in your bank .

    kindly do the needful early as possible.

    The manager Mr. Goel of branch kidwai nagar is making the customers personal issues public and is gossiping about the costumers. Pls warn him not to do that. The manager should not make their clients issues a matter of discussion. Pls take action and warn him not to make fun of people.

    i have lost my debit card on 08.12.12. I am trying to call customer care no. n trying no. branches of bank of baroda. they replied that we should call tomoro morning 8am.i just want to who is responsible to bear any loss done during the period if anyone misuses my card.

    iam so dissapointed with bank of baroda service. it is horrible..
    i had taken an international debit card , so that i can use my card on my tour abroad.
    and also wanted internet banking to get activated asap, but they didnt activate it, and i have so much problem .
    their call center is horrible..
    nobody helps and gives correct information. if i call the call center , they say go to the branch and talk , and if i go to the branch they say send a mail to the head office.
    having sent mails to the head office, visiting the branch and also calling the call center, has not helped me get my internet banking account activated.
    i sincerely advice people NOT TO CHOOSE BANK OF BARODA
    as iam suffering so much having taken it.

    I am inform to you my account with baroda bank branch katra.system is very wrost.No want do work when customer go your branch they have no time to care them.if there were few customer ,customer waiting one hour.

    Very sorry to say that BOB cards Customer Care serive is most pathetic service which i ever came across. We could not connect to the Toll Free number 1800 225 100 which says that it 24 hour helpline number. Really Pathetic.

    I have applied for the internet banking in the bank of baroda three weeks later. On 14th June, I went there to know the status of my internet banking. They said that they have received my password but they will give it to me only when I show username of my internet banking. But I didn’t get my username yet.

    Can you please tell me that weather you have dispatch my user ID or not and when will I get my userID.

    I & wife had visit to ur jogeshwari branch for deposit money in my wife account we were not holded passbook but we had an ATM card with us my wife had forgot his account no when we interact with employee Dig vijay jogheswari branch for asking acount no he refuse to give it. He behave rudly with us for many time.

    I lost my 2 two debit card .I had book the complaint with related branch of Bank Of Baroda to lock the both card and to issue new debit card.It was appreciated that card lock immediately but After so many follow up with the same branch I had not issue the new debit card.Details are follows

    Hi,
    I have opened Bob saving account mainly for interned banking as I heard their net banking is very effective. It has been over a month now I had still not received my Net user ID. I am running and calling the branch (Kalyani Nagar, Pune) every now and then. The branch staff is telling me that they have received the password of the net banking; however, the user Id is still not known. After repeated enquiries that the just telling me that when the user Id comes we will give but not telling when it will come or whom should I escalate the matter.

    As this account is linked to my trading account, its very important for me to transfer funds which I am not able resulting in huge losses for me.

    Who will take care of this??????????

    I am open my account in Bank of borada at Bara Dist-Baghushrai(Bihar) 8 month before but still check book facality is not been provided by bank manger. So many times I accproaches to manger he is always ignoring me for 8 months. My account no-21140100005105 name -Vandana Kumari. I am teacher in Kasturba gandhi Vidyalaya as purna kalik run by state government. my duty is 24 hours in school due to resisdencial. I have no time to collect money through bank.
    So you are requested to look into the matter give neccessary instruction to bank manger.

    Hi my name is priyanka dubey i ve applied for bank PO.The staff in BOB vasundhara provide me the incorrect Transaction ID on cash voucher.I have already submitted the online form with incorrect ID.Now suggest me what should i do beacause bank employees are not aware what should be done in this situation.Should i fill the the form again?

    Service at BOB of KalyaniNagar Pune is dissatisfying… after 2 days of bank holiday in weekedays bank opens on Saturday to close at 11:45 AM as per IST time zone (even though the time is 12:00; much below average service timings). Are customers of bank Stupid to trust this bank and rely to withdraw money at urgent situations form such a bank.
    On top of this Customer Care number goes blank, not even machine receives it.
