    Dear Asus,

    Myself Sunil Rautmare from Chinchwad Pune India 411019.

    I had purchased ASUS mobile as detailed below through india times on 09/08/10. This is having 1 year guarantee.

    1 ) I am facing operational problem as below from last 3 days.

    Incoming and outgoing voice from my phone is not working properly. If phone is put on speakers then only I can hear the voice from other side and my voice is not reaching other side properly. This is very serious as I had purchased mobile just 20 days back and problem is started.

    You are requested to replace my mobile with new one.

    Addition to above also note following problem which I am facing.

    2) PC compatible CD is not getting installed on any maching inspite of downloading recommended adobe flash player.

    Please confirm for any additional details requirement.

    Dear ASUS ,

    I am Urvashi from Delhi. My dad gifted me ASUS M10 in November 2010. But it is creating problem since then.
    1) Even though the phone is on tone, when there is an incoming call it automatically turns silent after a single beep.
    2)When i am listening music on windows media and phone gets locked automatically, its nearly impossible to unlock it.
    3) Same way when I am talking on phone and its screen lights are off, its really tough to put them on while you are on the call.
    4) Also the PC compatibe CD is not getting installed on my computer inspite of downloading recommended adobe flash player..

    Would request you to change my mobile with the new one.
    Would look foward for an reply.
