   i m purachse obne colur t v (akai). i m facing sound problem & picture tube . in call center not given repsone . my compliant no is , tha 170891069 tha 1904100091. tha 2304100713. enginer come & repaire with in 10 mintues problem started. ,

   I hav not seen such a worst tv and no service man r ther for the tv. the company is only to sell the product and can place customer service

   its better to close the company and go instead of giving such a bad product

   DEAR SIR/MADAM,
   I SUBEDAR RAVINDRA SINGH HAS PURCHASED AN AKAI CTV FROM SONALI ELECTRONICS, GHORPADI, PUNE (MAH). MODEL : CTVCT21245MP SERIAL NUMBER : 110508010316500661 DATE OF PURCHASE : 31 DEC 2008. IT HAD SOME PROBLEM, SAME WAS REPAIRED BY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENDTRE OF PUNE. I PAID RS 700/- VIDE BILL NO 412 DATED 23 APR 2010. FURTHER, I WAS ASKED TO DEPOSIT THE CTV IN SERVICE CENTRE NEAR SWAR GATE PUNE AS THE PICTURE TUBE WAS REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED. LATER I WAS TOLD THAT THIS CTV WILL HAVE TO BE CHANGED WITH A NEW ONE.
   ALMOST TWO MONTHS HAVE PASSED BUT THE TV HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED AND NOW I AM BEING ASKED TO PAY 45% COST OF THE NEW TV WHICH I THINK IS UNJUSTIFIED AS IT IS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. IT SHOULD BE CHANGED/REPLACED WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARNGES. REQUEST CLARIFY.

    I have unformtunately purchased one AKAI TV with 7 years guarantee in March, 2007. till now atleast 15 times it got repaired by the technicians. Still it is not working. I do not know what to do. Now no response from technicians too. Give me Kalyan Akai Service Centre Address and a proper phone (mobile/landline)

    your custmor service members are not provide proper service, his mistake & unproper service loss pay by custmor, your custmor service is very-very poor, it’s main reason your custmor service members.

    my akai tv ct-F2115 not sensing to remote control . once i found a hidden button on my remote and its asked for o pin to access the button on pressing . randomly one code suited and the options revealed , but i unknowingly changed some settings … now my two akai remote controls not sensing . if there is any code to open that settings to change the settings to earlier , that to work my remote..
