I purchase a new airtel sim for delhi region, The sim was working but from last three days i receive a message from airtel in that message following message —-> As per govt. directives we have to discontiune the serviceto yur airtel mobile as we have not receivedyour airtel prepid enrollment form—- but i have already submit all the required document before purchasing of the sim. I ask to the dealer he is saying that this is the staff problem and he is not doing anything in this case. I an in big trouble i have already given this no to all my friends and relatives so this is a big problem to change the no again . so please do need full else i have to complain to cousomer form.

Everyday Airtel is deducting Rs.5 from my balance . I didn’t asked for any add on services . This kind of deduction is happening frequently . And the customer care is too worst .

my name is manish kumar jain from alwar (rajasthan). i have bought a airtel prepaid sim from nop near at kashiram chauraha (alwar) with a paymeny of rs.5.the scheme was talk value rs.25 and 90 sms for 6 months.but this sim has not been activated yet. i went to the nearest airtel express outlet (bhagat singh circle , alwar), but the employer behaved me rudely and said that 5 rs .me india khareed loge kya?
actually they told me that in my driving licence photocopy my photo is not clear.i said the that if photo was not clear ,why the dealer has submitted my form? they said that airtel is no.1 company,
please sir tell me the reason of my querry— when i went there the all employees were filling the forms of these type of sold sims and they were signed the forms in thier own handwriitting .now tell me if airtel is no.1 company then why it accepted these types of forms. if u will not answer this question i will go to consumer forum.

Day before yesterday I recharged my Airtel with 50 RS. next day I got a SMS that thanks fot choosing Game lounge service and 10 rs has been deducted from my account. Same day in night i got sms thanks for choosing mitti ke rang service and these rascals deducted 30 rs from my balance. now only 1 rs left in my account. when i called customer care I had word with meenakshi and pravin both disconnected my call and now I am trying to call customer but by call is not connecting. When ever I am trying to call Airtel I am getting message that “Airtel main call kerne ke liye shukriya aap ka din mangalmay ho”. Customer care executive said that this service was enabled on your request I didnt ask for any service, and I am only person who use this mobile.
I know this is the way to earn money by cheating customers.
Well I decided to change the SIM bcoz we cannot do any thing.
hopeless service , after getting upset with services provided for POST PAID , I have changed my connection to prepaid but now these people are deducting amount for unknown reason. Please take a note of this and avoid this.

friends i think there is no of shouting here. else you all are just wasting your time. i can’t see any of your problem have been replied by AIRTEL. you are just striking your heads against a BIG STUPID WALL which is known as AIRTEL.
In India there is channel for every grievance. when you see that airtel is not bother about your complaints here, on this forum then It ll be better to complaint in Upbhokta Helpline. or else to TRAI. These are the real agencies who are there to teach a lesson to Airtel and companies like this. The TOLL FREE no. of UPBHOKTA HELPLINE is 1800 11 4000.

My cell automatically dialled #777 & it is recorded in call registers. I do not use my mobile to connect to internet nor i ever used call divert. When i contacted customer care executive with gr8 difficulty, she asked me to CHANGE MY HANDSET & CUT MY CALL!!!!!!

I am using aitel pripaid card,i am faceing problem that every month i reduces my money for Bachean msg,i had not activate this foolish msg that i should take interest on this msg,i want to kboe that when ever i call cust srv they just say we will help you dont worriy u will get ur money back,so i just want that pls dont deduct the money,if you dont do it i will change my card and i will go for Idea card,they charge more but it is good that they dont deduct the amount with given any explaination.thanks
Day by day Airtel service is worst means worst. In the customer care no one is answering even the ring goes, and the 121 is a stupit answering mode.From yesterday onwards our office telephone & the net connection is not working. Today for the past 3 hours we have been trying to lodge a complaint, your stupit system is not able to take a complaint, nor not able to contact the customer care person.
