From since evening (04/02/2010) onwards from my mobile some vulgur words (dial tone) are hearing by others when they call my mobile no. This is downloaded from air tel office only. Also Rs 10 /- deducted from my account.
Please cancel the dial tone from air tel and regularise the same in normal mode also I request you to kindly do not send such a vulgur words as dial tone in future. If my seniors will call through this no It is not good also.
Please do the needful on urgent basis.

I am an airtel customer and have been using the current sim for the past 5 months. My no is 9900827249. I get cricket score messages whenever there is a match. A sum of rs.5 is deducted from my prepaid account everyday.

I had activated night calling scheme on my number 9860011651 on 16th march 2010.
After one month,it should get deactivated automatically, But still it is not deactivated.
I have called customer care representative for 7-8 times for the same cause.
Every tiem I called rep. ,everyone told me that we will deactivate it soon.

I am using a prepaid Airtel connection (Jamshedpur) more than 2 months. My SIM no is 9006******. I have brought the SIM 2 months ago from a renowned retailer of Jamshedpur. I have given actual proofs for the same during the time of purchase.
I got a alert SMS on 28th April that your connection will be deactivated due to your address is can’t be verified. Before this SMS I never receive any kind of address enquiry call.
And connection is disconnected on 1st May 2010. Then I went to Airtel office at Dimna Road, Mango, Jamshedpur to submit my identification proof again. I met there Mr. Manoranjan I think he is office incharge his phone no is 9934052147. He promised me that my phone will be activated within 24 hrs which is not done yet.
I have been calling to Mr. Manoranjan and 121 but I m not getting proper answer both of them saying it will activated morning, evening, today, tomorrow.
But phone is not activated yet.
Kindly do the needful or intimate me where I should complain next??

I bought a new prepaid sim on 18th may 2010 just for one basic purpose dat is to use BLACKBERRY Services.the reason behind buying this connection is on the airtel WEBSITE you COMMIT to give BB service on PREPAID cards.now from day one im trying to activate the service and things are not happening.. I tried all the possible options ( Sending SMS to 121,calling to so called dedicated BB Technical dept here calls are being charged , calling 121 and also visiting Borivali west Airtel office.).no one from AIRTEL can help they are all handicapped.
My point is if you cant gve service let us know coz we are not fools wasting our hard earned money,precious time n our work gettn suffered running pillar2post.
You guyz just thank almighty god that you are in my INDIA if the same thing wud had happen in the USA………………

I was using BSNL before & now i’m using Airtel since 5 months. I have seen much variation btwn these two providers. I have used BSNL for 6 years & never my bill crossed Rs.500/-, but now after taking Airtel i am recharging more than Rs.500/- pm, and my account is getting debitted for the services which i hav not subscribed.
If i send an SMS for Cricket scores il get the message the next day, Hopeless,bullshit,waste,robbing the money from the customers.
