    I don’t understand why do you guys run this airlines where you cannot provide min service to the customers, I have book the tickets from Delhi to Chicago and wanted wheel chair for my parents and trying to reach customer service (Service # 800-223-7776) from past one week every day I am on call waiting to reach a person who can just put request on my ticket ….website is one of the worst it doesn’t work…tried their as well but no use…..I know you guys take salary for no work but our situation is different than yours we need to work for what we are paid so we cannot spend hours to reach a customer service person…..we are paying full amount including taxes ….you guys don’t have min courtesy to work at least 50% of your salary …I don’t know how you people eat and sleep daily while 1000 of people like me waiting for help from you guys…….better you stop this airline that’s will be good for all….

    I have booked air ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on 02/22/2013 through on line in air India website and Rs.6402/- has been deducted from my account but my journey ticket not received by me neither in my email id nor any confirmation recd in my mobile no.
    Request kindly intimate the mode of return of my debited amount so that further i could make my reservation or provide details of my ticket.

    i was trying to book online air ticket frm benguluru to mumbai on 16 march 2013 for flight. AI 608 schedule to depart frm benguluru on 17 march 2013 time 21:20….
    I tried two times but The online transaction was failed bt the amount was deducted frm my account both the time.
    transaction id of both attempts are given below:
    requesting u to repay my amount to my account.

    I have booked air ticket from Aizwal to Kolkata on 03/07/2012 through on line in air India website and Rs. 3,378/- has been deducted from my salary account but my journey ticket not received by me neither in my email id nor any confirmation recd in my mobile no.

    First experience has become the worst with Air India customer care. I think people needs to trained well before they are put into such kind of Job. Customer agents postpone your ticket without your confirmation and ask money to correct their mistakes

    just today i have booked the AIR TICKET on internet on 16 dec to 16 jan2011 on AIR INDIA flight from abudhabi to mumbai to goa return but the payment is done for 3 ticket and i want only 1 ticket, i got one E- ticket so please dont issue the other 2 ticket and reverse my payment to my credet card

    Dear sir,
    i travelled on 13 sep from Mumbai to Bangalore by IC – 109 and while going thorugh security, i by mistake picked up a laptop which does not belong to me, it is a lenovo think pad. the passenger whose laptop i have got could have been travelling by any airlines operating their flights at the same time, i had gone thoruogh security at 0845, at mumbai , kindly contact the airport authorities at mumbaia and try to find out if any passsenger has reported exchanging of laptop, if i am given the details of the person, name and contac No i will do the need ful.     I had booked tickets vide FLT00007893624 from Gauhati to Bhopal as connecting flights. Gauhati to Delhi by Go Air G8 606 and From Delhi to Bhopal by Air India IC 134. At Gauhati, the flight of Go Air got delayed by one hour and thus I missed the air india flight which was scheduled for 6:30 pm at New Delhi.
    I approached the Duty Manager at New Delhi who narrated me that the amount will be refunded automatically by make my trip as the computer indicated no show against PNR REDH8D (e ticket nos. 3807489365 and 3807489367) against passengers B L Lakaria and R H Wanjari.

    I contacted make my trip on 02nd December regarding refund. I was asked to produce a proof of “No Show”. How can I do this? I also talked at helpline Mumbai, they also told me that make my trip should automatically refund the amount in case of no show.

    I am at dilemma, why the make my trip is not able to search the “No show”.

    I sincerely request to kindly mail me a proof of “NO SHOW” which I may forward to make my trip as a proof.

    Kindly help and please do reply through mail.
