    Hello sir/Madam
    we have a Acer ASP 7500B, S/N :AWS23DS1999397242LE.
    after purchase we use this CPU only one month , afterwards it notturning on that time we give case, that case ID is 022210-160 this service engineer attend after 3months and sole that pbm, after only one week it works till the same pbm starts
    than give case that case ID is 052410-270 till no one is not take responcibility,
    and than today we take the case ID is 061410-69
    last 5months we have problem acer company do not give proper service
    in our institute we have more than 100 PC’s,we suffer more pbm with this
    now we hopeless with acer .

    I have purchased a Laptop Acer Aspire NB 5542-302G25 XL8401 from Croma,Centre Squire Mall,Near Sarabhai Circle,Vadodara (Guj.) after motivating Tata Poton-plus internet device is to be received Rs.750/- only. but I regret to inform you that at the time of collection of this device, Redumption of approval letter coupon could not be prepared and they refused stating that this model of acer is new model and it has not been included in the list of Tata photon-plus scheme. I am very disappointed hearing this, before purchase of laptop Croma people and Tata peoples has stated scheme covers all acer models. I have purchased ascer laptop only inspired by the scheme. I will be always sad due to this incident.

    You are requested to include this model also in the list of the above said scheme to enable me to receive the Tata Photon-plus internet scheme or please arrange to give me benefit of this scheme.

    Before 2 months . My Serial No. is ETLE10D14800708FF48542.
    Now a Dot appears on LCD Screen , Please Resolved the Problem as soon as Possible.

    sir/madam,

    i bought LCD 18.5″ monitor. i am facing problem “input not supported” after win xp loads. and i wanted to check that my serial no of monitor is also genuine one or not because when with this serial no there are no products with acer when i googled. this complaint i registered also to acer customer care in that response they provided case id. but after that there is no response from acer. and when i am calling to customer care also those “”" are not replying well.
    pls help me i am facing serious problem.

    I have buy one Acer laptop from Mumbai and get offer I will pay just Rs.750 only and get TATA Photan. i have talk to customer care they tell I will first login and fill
    the form to get Tata Photan but here don’t show model No. of ASPIRE 4738Z.
    Kindly suggest how can I get Tata Photan.

    Why ACER is not providing a facility of a push button that will take care of laptop battery …
    It will be out of circuit when plug in AC & fully charged it…..
    A single switch will do it…..
    When A battery is charged & a User dont want to travel (He is at home only)
    He will simple make switch on / off So that the Battery will be out of circuit….No need to remove the battery and keep it at dry place,,,
    Will increase the life of battery….
