    Hi,
    I am left help less for buying Acer Aspire NB 4736VHP 36cmxl8012f
    I had complained about non functioning of charger supplied with my lap top since last three days.Up on complaing to seller i am thrown to other agency Armee Infotechbearing Ph no m0261-2631245 from where i got one toll free number 1800 3000 2237 . It is impossible to book complaint on toll free number even after trying for 4 hours .Please somebody help me to get the complaint attended. Also one more complaint of non working of Office 2007 which is yet not solved .

  2. 1.acer aspire 5738 note book purchased about 9 months back is taking lot of time in booting up…a blank screen appears and then desktop is opened after 10-15 minutes.it also gets heat up and considerable amount of heat is being generated
    2.key board and mouse is not working and every time key board and mouse hard ware drivers updated then it starts working and stops all of a sudden..i have been fed up of all these problems.
    3.problem in network accessories is there…
    i have purchased it from bangalore and now in jaipur..can u suggest me how i can get rid of problems …whether u can give on line solution please..

    This is to bring to you kind notice that I purchased one Acer Travel Mate 5730 Notebook for my daughter on 1st March 2009 vide invoice no VLC-0309-005 from VCL Infotech Pvt Ltd Janakpuri New Delhi 110 058.

    My daughter has been facing problems with the screen since the day it has been purchased. I need a replacement to this effect. How can students work with disturbance. I have complained about it several times, but to no effect from your side.

    ACER the biggest headache one can buy..thats what me and my friends have faced..after i bought this laptop ACER ASPIRE 4710Z, i have tried many a times to get this problem solved..my screen turns black suddenly and i have to switch off my laptop before i can work again..this problem started a month after i purchased my laptop..the service centre in mangalore is horrible.. they got some part changed but still the problem persists..i’m so fed up that now i dont have any energy left to go and get it checked…the problem with my friend was her motherboard was giving her problem so the service executive again in mangalore got her a new motherboard for Rs.10, 000 but recently we came to know that a new motherboard was never installed instead the old one was repaired…DO YOU THINK WE ARE FOOLS…this is the last time i ever bought an Acer product.To hell with your making our life easier…its making us more and more busy and infuriated as well…if you cannot make your customers happy you may as well shut all the centres and stop making the gadgets…THE SERVICE CENTRE AT PVS CIRCLE MANGALORE IS A BIG FRAUD…BEWARE ALL…

    I have acer extensa 4220, the operating system is bad that i cant boot from it and the unfortunate part is that the Bios setting is pass-worded i cant get through it.

    now am hopeless, the system cant boot from CDrom or any device rather than HDD. please if there is a way, i will be very happy if you could help

    I had purchased ACER laptop 1 GB In the middle of June 2010.within one month on the screen a thin colourful line is coming up which may corrupt with the whole system. While complaining on the toll free No I found its a cheating buisness of the company. Waisting my time for one week spending time everyday on the phone but no receiving from the toll free no. How come this company could be so irresponsible?This company doesd not have any responsibility for the customers. I think we need to take an action with consumer forum.The service center is saying that they don’t have any spare part in the marke- actually making full to the customer.I have totally disatisfaction about the laptop and toll free no. In thios case I would like to get back my full money which was Rs. 26,000( twenty six thousnad) from the company. Can all of us lodge a complin with the consumer forum friends?

    I am buying Acer Aspire One D260 (10.1 inches) on last 5th Aug’10 from Croma, Hitech-city, Hyderabad. Now I am facing lot of problem with the system. The system is functioning very slow.     i purchased one acer laptop emachines E732Z on 5th. oct 10 and the dealer supplied me defected wireless as it doesn’t get on. now what to do?. Service center says you have to leave the laptop and then only we will be able to tell you the probale defect in it? is it right way to purchase new item and then go round about dealer/ service center as if you dont have any other business.The company must look into it and rectify the problem. or is there any role of consumer forums in such matters?.

    It has never even begun working , the customer care does nt do anything and d service technicians are bumpkins!!!!
    What a dissappointment to pick up an indian company laptop….. Never again will I purchase an acer product again

    I would like to take some time in expressing my gratitude with the level of service I have recieved from your customer care department with regards to my issue of not being able to access my C: drive on my portable. I would like to point out my gratitude is expressed through FUCK YOUR SERVICES for the worst ever experience.

    I have never been so angry with a company that uses such advisors like Hemanth, the person who I just spoke to. He made me feel like Indian users of your product are not worth the time speaking to. And I must say I am ashamed to call myself an Indian.

    I work for a technical troubleshooting company myself and I can’t believe that I can’t get the same services that I provide to our forigen clients. Is this because Acer thinks that Indians are not worth serving after they have purchased a computer.

    I know my words may have repurcussions with regards to the jobs of many Indians at Acer, but quite frankly they don’t deserve to be employed when services are as such.

    My headaches just at the thought of calling the Customer Service to have any issue resloved or even complain about your poor services. All I can do is advise people in my friend circle on every social network to ensure their friends in their circle do not BUY YOUR PRODUCT!!! Just for the fact of the services that you provide.

    I hope I create an impact on your people here in India. SPECIALLY THE ONES FROM NOIDA!!!
